Absolutely terrible customer service ! Sent the wrong item and gave no apology and no replacement and expects me to return the item for a refund at my cost. I have never come across such BAD customer service!! I wished I had read the real reviews on Google rather than the false ones on their website! If I could give zero I would too!

If I could give less than one I would.
The item i bought has been sitting at dispatched since February, they ignore every email I have sent them.
Prior to February the item said it was cancelled and I didn’t receive any money back then moved to dispatched.
What an absolute shambles of a company

Update I did get an email from customer services saying I had received the item, I explained I had not so they then said they would refund me.
Surprise surprise never received the refund and once again they are ignoring my emails.

I never read the review wouldn't recommend product is not good quality I also paid for it to be gift wrapped and it just came in a cardboard box

I bought a personalised Animal Alphabet night light in April. The usb connector fell into the base of the lamp. It was replaced by the company, however the same thing has happened again. They will not replace as out of 60 day warranty!!! Disgraceful that goods only have a 60 day warranty.

DO NOT USE! if I could give a - score I would. Ordered a vase saying MRS and MRS, when it arrived it said MR and MRS. I complained and told them I felt they was being homophobic because they changed it without checking. They had a go at me telling me I was playing the homophobic card and shouldn’t accuse them and then they blocked my email. I have never been so angry with a company. What happened to the customer is always right. DO NOT USE AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered a memorial flower pot that was totally a different colour from what was advertised. The messages I had sent back from that company where absolutely disgusting especially on such a delicate matter then they blocked all my other messgaes. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with and they are clearly in the wrong business!
This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I have given 1 star because I cannot give 0. This company is disgusting. I ordered a personalised book and their system reverted the date of birth to the incorrect one. I tried to call the company, telephone number does not connect. I then emailed and received the rudest, most unhelpful reply back. The company robs people and does not correct THEIR mistakes! DO NOT USE. I wish I had read the reviews before hand!

Do NOT use this company! The telephone number is fake they don’t respond back to your emails in fact they block your email address. I ordered something personalised for someone who has lost their father, and these guys cut the head off of the person. It’s absolutely shocking at the common sense. They have locked my emails because I can’t get through to them, but when I try and email from another email address it is going through. If you look at the return section, it’s all well and good saying they will fix the issue, but there is no returns address or anything. I am not going to let this go. I will keep on taking it further as far as I have to make sure this business gets close down. It’s a joke

Bought a personalised memorial item from this company. Once I bought it, I then looked up the reviews and was horrified so I emailed them to cancel my order. I ordered at 8:40pm and emailed to cancel order at 10:50pm. At 6:00am I got a response saying it can not be cancelled it’s in production. I thought that was a lie, but I left it as that.
2 days later I sent a message asking if it’s shipped yet, they email back the same day saying once shipped I will get confirmation of the shipment. I got the shipment confirmation the next day and fast shipping too.
I received the item, which looked nice and good quality. Only thing is, I paid for gift wrapping but didn’t get it.
Over all, not a bad experience considering all the bad reviews.

Poor customer service and product quality. I ordered a gift for Xmas. Only when I queried the delivery date more than 2 weeks later, did they tell emailed me to say it was sent but I wasn't in for delivery so it's waiting at the post office for redelivery or collection. No tracking number had been provided at this point. In the same email they rudely told me if it was sent back to them I would not recieve a refund. I asked for a tracking number for the item, the person emailing back was being intentionally difficult and rude so they got the same attitude back. I eventually got my item and it was broken but the company have blocked me so I cannot email them further.

Paid for item on the 21st and was delivered today on 23rd Nov and that was standard delivery

I wish I had read reviews before buying. Postage is a rediculous amount. I won't but from them again but I will update when item arrives...... Watch this space.
Personalised bauble has arrived and it is beautiful. Also heavier and much better quality than I expected. If it wasn't for the high postage I would happily recommend. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars

I ordered a football for my son.

Arrived fully inflated. Took it to the park once and all the stitching ripped. Customer service instantly accused me of over inflating the ball when I don't even own a pump.

Low quality product and service.

Please do not purchase from this company ' I have ordered a passport holder for my grandson and when I queried where it was they said it had been delivered ' I haven't received it yet and I emailed to advise of this and they blocked me ' I will be checking with royal mail as I have not signed for anything!!! Total scammers and certainly not good customer service if they block you after one email'

I wish I’d checked these reviews out earlier before making my order. My product has arrived and the workmanship is shocking. Even after providing photographic evidence the response is “the item looks as it should” and when I said that I wasn’t prepared to pay for it, they’re now ignoring my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My order arrived very quickly, but it was a completely different product to the one I had ordered. On checking, I saw that the item that I had ordered had now been removed from the website. I sent an email requesting a refund or replacement, to which they responded with an image of the item received, stating that I had received what I had ordered. I could return the item, at my expense, and receive a refund. However the item that I had was listed on the website for less than the price I had paid. I was also told that the item that I actually wanted was a long discontinued line.
Luckily I had proof that the item that I had wanted was on the website when I ordered, and when I asked if I sent it back would I receive a full refund of the price I paid plus postage, I simply received a further email stating that my order status was updated to refunded. I received the refund the next day.

I Ordered a condolences book for my Dad's funeral a week and a half before the date. Paid an extra £4.99 for 48 hour tracked postage but didn't receive it until the DAY of the funeral and the only reason why we got it in time was because my husband, who is a postman, went up at 8am to collect it as his colleague was looking out for it!!! It wasn't tracked and was sent normal post, taking 9 days to arrive. There was no way of tracking it on the Royal Mail app because IT WASN'T TRACKED!!!! Their reply email to me was rude and unprofessional and totally insensitive baring in mind I was feeling extremely upset and emotional and didn't need to be worrying about the book arriving on time when I had paid extra to make sure I wasn't put in that position!! 😡😡😡
