Personalized Koozies Opiniões

Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough about this awesome company! My order was very confusing, (due to me not knowing exactly what I wanted) They worked with me every step of the way to make it perfect! After several emails & phone calls, my order was delivered.... a week early!!!!! THIS COMPANY ROCKS!!!! FIVE STARS!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Koozies.com. The order process is easy and fast and the staff are great to work with - answering multiple emails promptly with any question I had. I love that we can order in almost any quantity - this last order was for only 20 koozies. No other site allows you to do that. Our event is next week, but I'm sure the recipients will be surprised and will love the koozies!

Did a great job on design and got them to me in only 2 days!! Fantastic service.

Great customer service! Quick turnaround. Loved the design and quality of the product!

They were very responsive and very fast and worked with me to get them shipped economically. I was disappointed in the quality of the koozie. Very loose and not like neoprene which they don’t advertise them to be I just expected a little nicer for the price.

Received order, however, completely incorrect. Company more than willing to rectify problem. Received second shipment and it was also incorrect!

Wonderful experience! My koozies actually arrived earlier than planned (which was great since I was in a major time crunch) and came out even better than I expected! Have already recommended the company to friends and would do so again.

Without hesitation, I will recommend you to others and I will use you again!

Your customer service was absolutely superb. I came to you in desperation after a bad experience with another supplier, and both your customer service and quality of product far exceeded the competition. You were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to fill our order. Our personalized koozies were excellent quality and a huge hit with our guests. I sincerely enjoyed working with you!

I was very impressed with how they were able to take our logo (using our specifications) and have it ready within a day. The order was done and delivered when they said it would be. A very nice company to work with.

This company is the best, when they said they'll get it to you by a certain day, they mean it. The quality was excellent, it was complimented by all of my friends for the bachelor party. I would definitely work with this company again next time. Cheers!

Great company that took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured it to be. Will be ordering from them again soon

Thank you so much. The koozies were a big hit and a few people asked for the website so hopefully they order from you also. Everybody loved to hear that this is a USA business also

This company is the best! The product is great! Brian did a proof for me and I placed the order. It's even better in person. Thank you!

The koozies were perfect! They were designed/ordered and shipped within a 6 day span! I’m extremely impressed!

Communication was quick and friendly. The company delivered above what was promised. I would use them again without question. Truly top notch!

Excellent customer service. Quick response in emails and fast delivery of product!

Great service wonderful customer service. I'm so happy with my experience and my koozie look great!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end!

Everyone told me it’d be impossible to get customised koozies three days before my party. Highly recommend for anyone in a time crunch. Quality and art work were excellent as well.

Easy to work with, prompt response. Jen is the best
