It was fairly straight fwd and easy to use. As I could play the course and listen to it made more convenient to match up my busy schedules.Trying out mocks before the examination boost up the confidence.

All in all it was good, I got my Personal License certificate and it was all pretty straight forward. The only complaint is that quite a lot of the topics in the exam weren't covered in the learning material. I did about four back to back mock exams scoring 97% - 100%, but got 82% in the actual exam.

Horrendous. Been waiting a week for my certificate and rang them over 20 times in the last 2 days but nobody answers the phone. Avoid at all costs
