Good and reliable web site with reasonable support. Easy to use and good format online free online course with the opportunity to practice doing mock exams. Only criticisms are that one of the questions in the mock exams was marked as wrong when it was correct (they assure me this will be resolved) and during the course the audio did not match what was on the slide.

It’s way much convenient to test this way, online at home, anytime you want. Only tricky part is you need to find a right environment to set camera in quiet and clean place to show everything is clear. As long as you find the space in your home, it’s great way to get test quickly and safely (specially in current Covid environment). The test materials are correct and sufficient to cover. I highly recommend it.

Straight forward quick process. Bit of a struggle to set up the online exam room but on line help sorted it out. Training materials simple and easy to navigate. Plenty of opportunity to practice in the mock exams. Would use again

My experience with this company has been brilliant. From signing up to take the online exam, to phone calls to ask questions and check on progress, all the staff have been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue at the beginning of my process however one quick phone call and everything was sorted out for me straight away. The staff have been very polite and have been really nice to speak with.
