Absolute breeze from start to finish ! Highly recommend this company !

Great to have the possibility of teating online. The exam itself was setup with fantastic live tech support (I had a few problems on my end and they helped to find solutions to each as they arose).
Worked just fine throughout. The 1hr timer starts before logging in, so some is wasted on copying codes in. Several questions were also not covered at all in the course material, and were only answerable from prior knowledge.
Hopefully certificate delivery will not take a whole 10 days as warned.
Overall very clear and efficient.

I am not very IT literate and was apprehensive in committing to doing this course online. However after phoning and having my questions answered, I enrolled for the course. The course was very straight forward and easy to understand and follow at my own pace. completed in about 90 minutes and took the test straight after. The most time I spent was on setting up my phone and clearing the PC desk of paperwork in order to prove I was sitting the exam on my own without any help. I took 15 minutes to complete the test and took another 6 minutes checking each question. Plus I passed so was very pleased with the whole experience.

100% recommend this company. Easy to purchase, all info and material sent within minutes of purchase. Really easy to access follow and understand. Nice and easy step to take the exam.

The entire process was very straight forward. Easy to use system. I padded first time.

I chose this company as they say they are the fastest company for the licenses. after I took my exam,3 days later I was told that there was a connection problem and need to take the exam again. since then it has been more than a week without any response. nobody answers the phones. It is nothing but a fraud as far I understand. Avoid!

Really Shocking service. First of all it Took over 2 hours back and fourth for them to send the correct link for the exam and the correct details on what browser to use and system requirements. I received an email after the test saying they needed some ID photos to produce the result. I provided this info and then heard nothing back. I assumed they were processing my application. So 9 days later I call them to find out my result as I had not heard anything. I was told I need to resit the exam again as the recording wasn't acceptable of me doing it. Why they haven't told me this before today is beyond me I was on the thinking the application was been processed. I think the service has been shocking avoid this company and do it yourself it will cost you less and save you time. The company had all my details to contact me and never bothered and never offered up an apology until prompted after I told them how dissatisfied I was. On google there are other firms offering the same service these lot just pay for expense ads to be at the top when they offer a sub standard service so the staff at our pub we will be putting through the license will be trying these instead.

Excellent easy and simple APLH course

Good course but be wary about the certificate being posted out, even after i paid the extra £8 and calling to confirm it was being posted out there is now a further delay, shame as the experience was fairly straight forward other than paying an extra £48 as wore headphones. It does state that so not their fault, just be aware

The APLH course was easy to complete. The invigilated online exam was a convenient option. The mock exam was very helpful in preparation for the main exam. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend it to anyone who is looking to gain a personal license!

Really well thought out course, it's great that you can look at the course and learn prior to the exam. Taking the mock exams several times gives you the confidence to take the actual online exam. The exam is well thought out. I can't comment on the speed of certificate delivery and been told it will be with me in 5 days, I hope it does.

I have passed the exam on 23rd December 2020 and today is 27th January 2021. I still haven't received my certificate. I've sent 2 emails asking for status on my certificate and there is no response. I then spoke to their online chat support team twice and still no sign of my certificate. No correspondence explaining why I still have not received my certificate. It's pathetic!

Poor Delivery
Despite the exam being fair, reasonable, and easily accessible, the delivery of the actual certificate is very poor indeed. I am still waiting for this despite passing the exam 15 days ago. I got an email explaining that there were delays in delivery, using that common old worn-out excuse of Covid-19 and that if I pay an additional £8 I can get a special delivery. This generally only costs £6.70, so additional profit being made here.

Only giving them 3 stars for the course and test which was a pleasure. However been waiting since 6 sept 20

This is just not on shame on you

The course and mock exams are easy to use. But we warned when you pay your money and try to download the actual exam software it is really hard to install (I use a mac). I couldn't get it working and the support guy wanted me to change lots of settings on my laptop. They need access to your screen and also get access to your browsing history. There's no mention of this before you purchase. I contacted support and asked for my money back as I couldn't load it and they refused to refund me even though I have not accessed to the course exam. What a total rip off.
I would avoid this company at all costs.
