Personal Mini Storage Opiniões

Very helpful! Was able to everything online due to me working different hours then the office is open. Most of the time. I did have the Saturday morning off for the customer appreciation day. Thank you!

Very professional, warm and friendly team of Steve and Jacky. I highly recommend them and their business

Madeline at Satellite Beach was amazing!!!! If I could select 10 stars I would. She was friendly, experienced, and helpful.

Dennis was very friendly and helpful!

Awesome place. It’s clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the carts were in great shape. Most of all it’s secure with lots of cameras and surveillance.

Manager has a very nice personality, has been very helpful. Storage area always neat and clean. I certainly would recommend it and I don't very often recommend anything to anybody. Thank You!

Madeline was awesome , great customer service , i would highly reccomend this storage placê , there prices are very good and its always clean !

Always a great way to do business at personal mini storage on Commerce Center Drive in St. Cloud, Florida with Caroline and Angello

They keep raising my rent and added insurance into my storage fee without permission. Turning them into the Feds for fraud.

Great company to work for and we are awesome in customer experience.

Great service, best team, love the app

As a customer of almost 20 years, the managers have come and gone. The current managers are not very happy where they are, based on their poor attitude. (Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?

Personal mini storage in St Cloud is excellent. If I could I would give management 10 stars, I would. They were so nice and considerate. Their storage is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

Manager at mini storage on West Michigan is very rude and does not want to listen to any issues with unit. She locked me out of the unit by turning off my code without informing me. I have asked her to explain why and I asked her to transfer me to her boss but refuses to saying she will get back to me and hung up on me.
I will never rent with mini storage on West Michigan in Orlando. She replaced Sunny the manager who was very nice & I had no problems with.

Emily and Mario are the best in the business. they make you feel like family. Their passion for service and to tbe the best is unsurpassed. I have renewed my space for the second year and when I walked in to sign my annual contract they remember me. When you need storage you have to give Personal Mini Storage on Edgewater Drive your business you wont regret it!

So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!

Chris and Jonathan of the location outside Ivey lane were so helpful and professional I and my wife couldn't have ask for more. Every question we asked always answered and not only answered but with the up most respect I ever heard in young men that are managers. I just want to say Thank you Jonathan and Chris for all your help and will recommend Personal mini storage to anyone we know.

Each time a had a question I got a full answer. Each time I anticipated a phone call I got one. This was like it should be. My needs were met and no drama. And manager Sunny Hudson was, indeed, sunny
