Personal Mini Storage Opiniões

We rented a parking space at the Winter Garden location for our work trailer. Within the first month, it was hit, had damage on the fender, and the locks had tried to be jimmied. We informed the office and asked them to review their cameras and they never got back with us. On the third and final month of storage, we received a call from Gary stating the trailer was slightly in the next parking space (because it had been hit) and if we didn't move it, they were going to tow it. We did move it. Permanently. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience with the manager Mrs Parish was disrespectful rude and unacceptable her customer service to me as a customer was unprofessional and she takes her job personal she spoke to me in a condescending manner over late rent on her property she added unnecessary fees to bill with explanation I complained about roaches in my unit in which she refused to address this place is horrible and she is very ignorant I might ad who allowed such a person to have a position of management of a job handling customer can you say ghetto animal behavior stay away from this property.!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,!

My storage was overdue I was out of town. .
They waited for me and gave me time until I came back to pay....Thanks you guys. ..

They had the storage space that I needed available. I was able tohave the unit available until I needed it for $25.00. They took the time to show me the unit. The information about the prices have to be upfront. I was told of the monthly rate and budgeted accordingly. When I signed the agreement I was then informed of an additional administrative charge and insurance cost. I also arraged to rent a truck thru the storage company. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was not available. I had to make other arrangement and lost time.

Very nice staff, accommodating and professional.

I was looking for a storage unit that would be close to my residence that would be affordable an not be outta the way of anywhere I needed to be. After a wide search online for possible options. I decided to actually go and visit Personal Mini Storage because it looked to have the most potential, and upon arrive and getting a tour of unit options an was pleased to have selected Personal Mini Storage as my storage.

My experience with the couple that manage this storage has been excellent. Their attention to detail and hospitality through the process is excellent. I have enjoyed working with them and recommend them highly to all.

I think the place is nice and clean and I really love the fact that you must have a access code to get into the gate to the storage units, the owner is also very pleasant and nice. I had a promo code applied, but even after the promo code, the rate is almost $30.00 more than the regular advertised price without the promo code. This is one of the more expensive facilities around town and there are others locally that are just as nice and secure for a lot less, but I'm already in this one now so this is where I'll stay, but next time I'll choose somewhere else due to such high costs. I would recommend it with caution- it is nice, clean, secure, but very costly.

Very impressed with management. Had a can do attitude and gave us a solution of two storage units. Very happy with location and the security system.

The owners, John and Bev, are very informative and helpful. They gave us good information and helped us with all of our questions. We would recommend this place highly.

The staff was very helpful in getting me a great deal. It is very affordable and very clean. Very safe. But you better hurry before everyone rents everything. You feel at home like you have known the owners for many many years but in a good way.

I'm new to Personal Mini Storage, but already a happy customer! Lisa and Brad are always there to help! Thank you!

If it was my PERSONAL STORAGE COMPANY! I would not let a Company use it as a place of Business with 30 Workers and 15 to 20 Trucks Blocking other units.. Truck Drivers Talk Ruff, and Scary to open unit while there blocking and looking at you and unit. Every Day and Night.

This place i will Highly recommend to my family and friend.

I would really recommend Personal mini storage on Daniels and Colonial. I am a returning customer and they have always made me feel very very welcome and nothing has been too much trouble for them

I was searching for the perfect place for my Exotic Classis Vehicle and was impressed with the way I was handled as I scrutinized the storage space where my car would stay. I was treated with dignity and respect and my personal property feels very safe stored at this location. I highly recommend anyone to utilize this space and was impressed as a customer on how well I was treated.

Darren was very helpful. Showed me unit and put parking space I rented near it.

I have enjoyed renting a storage unit from this facility. The staff is excellent. My only reservation is there are only two sizes of units, I had the larger unit first and then moved to a smaller unit. The smaller one is simply the larger one, cut in half. The entry is small and there is very little room to negotiate. However, it suits my needs and I am still there!

great place to have things stored .never had any problems

Been using them for years. No problems or complaints. The office staff is very friendly and personable. The office and outside areas are kept neat and clean, never see trash or debris accumulated at any time.
