Terugbelverzoeken worden genegeerd en als je al iemand aan de telefoon krijgt is diegene die je te woord kan staan net niet aanwezig. Nergens een goede uitleg of handleiding voor dit programma. Op ons voorstel om eens uitleg te geven, tegen betaling uiteraard komt ook al geen reactie. Hier valt nog veel te verbeteren.

No bulk edit or import function
Although the customer experience/ interaction has been good, we were surprised to discover that the PestScan software lacks a default bulk edit and import function for mass data manipulation.
As it stands, any changes we would like to make to article names, cost prices, descriptions,... must be done manually, one by one. This process is extremely time-consuming.
Had we known about this limitation beforehand, we likely would have not chosen the software.
*Thank you for the reply PestScan. Yes, unfortunately the price you offered to do a bulk edit for us is out of our budget. Maybe you could look at a simple edit function whereby you can edit prices on one tab all at once manually, instead of having to open each article and go to each tab on there?*

Beste Rob, bedankt voor uw reactie. Wij bemoeien ons altijd om de telefoon direct op te pakken. Lukt het soms vanwege de drukte niet, dan bellen wij zo snel als mogelijk terug. Als u het anders ervaren heeft, dan hiermee ons excuses. Een technisch probleem kan het beste direct aan onze helpdesk gestuurd worden, die pakken het meteen op.

Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung und man hatte auch gleich das Gefühl, das man als Kunde sehr wichtig ist und ernst genommen wird. Die Bereitstellung ging beeindruckend schnell, absolute Klasse. Alles in allem kann ich wirklich nur lobende Worte finden, natürlich ist die Software ein absoluter Knaller ,womit zu arbeiten wirklich Spaß macht.

Good Software, good service

Updates worden niet aangekondigd, App versie vertoont wekelijks problemen.

Hoi Sven, het spijt me om te lezen dat je niet tevreden bent over onze support en updates. We doen altijd ons best om binnen 48 uur op tickets te reageren en proberen altijd constructieve oplossingen voor problemen te vinden. Onze updates worden ook per e-mail aangekondigd. We hebben ons gerealiseerd dat jouw e-mailadres om de een of andere reden niet aan deze lijst is toegevoegd. We hebben dit nu veranderd en in de toekomst wordt je per e-mail op de hoogte gehouden van updates en wijzigingen aan onze software. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
