Simple to use app, good desktop site and a good customer site. Regular useful updates, responsive support team. Recently contacted due to issue with date format on invoices, this has now been fixed.

Dadurch entfällt die manuelle Überprüfung des Fallenstatus, die lückenlosen Dokumentation und die Verkürzung der Wege (Bericht sofort per Mail) Schädlingsbekämpfer können Ihren Kunden ein wesentlich effektiveres Service anbieten.

Weniger ist manchmal mehr
Der Support ist Verbesserungsfähig. So gibt es noch offene Fragen ohne Antwort die älter als 3 Monate sind. Die Endkunden bemängeln die neuen Versionen. Aufgrund der nun fehlenden Strukturen bei Verläufen.
Die Übersetzung ist stellenweise Grenzwertig.
