What a shame I have seen a property i like in Stratford-upon-avon went to Peter Clarks in Stratford upon Avon and was told unless I have sold my property or at least sold it subject to contract they would not show me the property that I came down to have a look at so disappointed How can you possibly know if you like a property without seeing it (it’s not like you can just walk past it. It’s in a gated area) maybe another estate agents will be a better way to go Madness

The team at Peter Clarke have been outstanding. The care and attention shown from the moment we walked into the Chipping Camden office right up to completing our rental agreement was brilliant. They took time to understand our requirements and circumstances offering relevant and extremely helpful advice - this was excellent customer service. They identified a perfect property for us, based on the information we provided to them, then supported us through the reference and contract process.
All staff members were courteous, helpful and very professional. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.
