Just to say what a team Renee and Jacqueline have been with the purchase of my property. Honestly the best customer care I have ever ever experienced. This purchase would never have happened without their expertise, knowledge, dedication, contacts and persistent efforts. Their open and direct honesty throughout the process I really valued and welcomed. They certainly possess outstanding communication skills and a real empathy for their clients. Chloe at the Wellesbourne branch has been amazing from start to finish! She has answered every query and responded to every email or phone call in a timely manner. When I have been chasing my tail, trying to get things finalised, she has been available to support me. Sara Jordan Leamington office what a horrible woman, insisted we fill in all sorts of nonsense to get an apointment then didnt reply nada! So i walked in met by surly Sarah and she said property under process by others...so thats it? Couldnt be bothered to a) thnak us for registering or b) saying sorry we will keep you on books.

We recently moved into a new home and Renee and Jacqueline were a brilliant help and support throughout the buying process.
We had great fun choosing our kitchen, flooring and tiles with Renee. She is friendly, fun, helpful and always gets back to you on any issue, big or small. We built a very good friendship with Renee, who guided us through the buying of our new house. It was a stressful time, but both Renee and Jacqueline were very helpful and supportive. On the day of our move Jaqueline was on hand on the telephone and by email to guide and support us through the final steps.
