Excellent customer service from Petnap. Ordering was simple and the delivery prompt. This is my second purchase of a heat pad from Petnap and I’d thoroughly recommend them.

Found this company very approachable and friendly - happy to answer any questions and help you the best they can - the items i bought were for donating to a cat rescue centre - so i needed good quality and suitable - i got all that from this company - i even treated my own cats to a heated bed - they use it daily and love it - will be using this company again - thank you for all you helped me with xt

Brilliant product and service as always. I have purchased several heat pads and whelping boxes over the years. The whelping boxes are one piece so no leakages and no draughts. Easy to clean. I wouldn’t use any other.

Terrible customer service. If you encounter a problem they become rude and defensive and will not help to solve it. After dealing with them I can quite understand why this company has so many 1 star reviews. I purchased a whelping box from them. It was badly damaged with dents leaving sharp edges on the walls of the whelping box and bumps in the floor. Petnap have refused to do anything about it and have become rude and aggressive in their emails to me. Laughably they are now accusing me of running a competing business and that is why I left the review. I have provided a copy of my invoice from Petnap to Trustpilot in order to verify that I am a genuine customer. I own a dog grooming business and my business can be found easily on Facebook. I do not retail whelping equipment etc and it is clear to see I am not a competitor of Petnap but a genuine customer who has had a really bad experience. Their response demonstrates their defensive/aggressive attitude and their inability to accept they have not provided an adequate level of customer service.

I don’t normally leave reviews for companies but I have to say this company are amazing, the quality of their products shows they care about both their customers and the animals that use them. They even thought to offer a courier service during Royal Mail strikes which meant I only had to wait one day to receive the heating pad I ordered. I honestly don’t believe any negative reviews written on here about this company and believe they were either paid by competitors or just left by people who very difficult to please. This company’s quality and customer service has been outstanding.

Really fast delivery, and had the sense to use a different courier during the current postal strikes.

Website a little difficult to negotiate re heat pads. However from order being placed to delivery everything was super efficient. Extremely pleased.
