Es tut mir wirklich leid zu lesen, dass du diesen Eindruck hattest 😢 Wir nehmen solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst.

PetRadar bietet viele komplett kostenlose Hilfen an — wie die Suchplakate, das Online-Meldesystem und die Möglichkeit, ein Tier als vermisst zu registrieren. Wenn man sich zusätzlich für eine bezahlte Kampagne entscheidet, fließt ein Großteil davon direkt in die Werbung über Facebook & Instagram (Meta), um gezielt Menschen in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Wir können nie garantieren, dass jemand das Tier gesehen hat — aber wir können garantieren, dass tausende Menschen in deiner Nähe auf die Anzeige aufmerksam gemacht werden.

Wenn du magst, erklär ich dir gern noch mal alles genau oder schau mir deinen Fall im Detail an 🙏

Hallo Julia,

Het spijt ons oprecht voor de verwarring, en we begrijpen heel goed hoe frustrerend het moet zijn geweest om onjuiste informatie op de vermissingspagina van je kat te zien staan 😔

Wat er gebeurd is: er was eerder via jouw account een vermissing aangemeld voor een andere kat, en toen je nieuwe melding live ging, zijn per ongeluk enkele verouderde gegevens van die eerdere melding mee overgenomen — waaronder de status “gevonden”. Dat veroorzaakte het tijdelijke probleem dat je zag. We hebben dit direct aangepast zodra we je bericht ontvingen ✅ We hebben je diezelfde dag ook persoonlijk gemaild, maar helaas hebben we nooit een reactie ontvangen — misschien is onze e-mail in je spamfolder terechtgekomen.

PetRadar is géén oplichting... We zijn een klein team dat zich met hart en ziel inzet om baasjes te helpen in één van de meest stressvolle situaties die je kunt meemaken: het kwijtraken van je dier. We nemen zelfs kleine fouten ontzettend serieus, juist omdat we weten hoeveel het voor jou betekent 💛

We blijven klaarstaan om te helpen, en wensen niets liever dan dat jouw lieve kat snel en veilig thuiskomt 🙏

Es tut mir ehrlich leid zu lesen, dass du mit unserer Unterstützung nicht zufrieden warst 😢

Wir wissen, wie verzweifelt und machtlos man sich fühlt, wenn ein geliebtes Tier vermisst wird — und gerade deshalb möchten wir so transparent wie möglich sein, auch bei Kritik.

Unsere Kampagnen sind bezahlte Anzeigen bei Meta (Facebook & Instagram), die gezielt an Menschen in der Umgebung ausgespielt werden — unabhängig davon, ob sie einem folgen oder nicht. Sie funktionieren anders als ein eigener Beitrag und erreichen genau diejenigen, die sonst nichts von der Suche erfahren würden. Wir verstehen aber, dass es manchmal die ganz klassischen Wege wie Flyer sind, die den Durchbruch bringen — und wir freuen uns natürlich sehr, dass du dein Tier wieder bei dir hast 🙏

Solo queremos aprovechar este espacio para aclarar algo importante, ya que entendemos perfectamente tu preocupación por los cobros: PetRadar no trabaja con suscripciones ni realiza cargos recurrentes.

A veces los cargos pueden parecer similares en el extracto, y es completamente válido tener dudas. Como mencionaste en nuestra conversación privada, vas a corroborarlo con el banco, lo cual es una buena decisión 🙏
