A description always helped others on the look out! QR code always very handy too.
It meant the most that we were able to create posters with a more detailed description! Even Snowy, who is a distinctive white adult male cat, the description helped identify our missing boy much more. As various other white cats were spotted during the search - the description (and photo, of course!) helped many other people notice the difference between him & the other white cats. Plus, a QR code is always an amazing idea! Thank you for your help with the poster & advertising - Snowy is back home! Found 13 days later, he’s now very safe, very fed, very happy, very loved, very affectionate, very loudly purring & no doubt very sleepy!! 🤍🤍

Got great tips on lost cat.. the poster was made immediately and I premises them and filled the neighbourhood with it .. at last Phoenix is found .. I couldn’t be happier .. thinner and a bit injured but alive and healthy 🙏🙏🙏

Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, deine Erfahrung zu teilen. Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass du dich so enttäuscht gefühlt hast 😔. Das ist wirklich das Letzte, was wir möchten, gerade in einer ohnehin schon so belastenden Situation, wenn ein geliebtes Tier vermisst wird.
Nur zur Klarstellung: wir beantworten jede einzelne Nachricht persönlich, immer. Es ist uns daher wichtig zu betonen, dass niemand ohne Antwort bleibt 🙏. Falls es beim Herunterladen des Posters Schwierigkeiten gab, wurde das sicherlich schnell gelöst, sobald du uns geschrieben hast - diese Dinge können leider manchmal technisch haken, aber wir kümmern uns immer darum.
Wir verstehen, dass in so einer emotionalen Situation vieles frustrierend wirken kann. Trotzdem möchten wir dir versichern: wir sind kein „KI-generierter“ Service und ganz sicher kein Betrug. Hinter PetRadar steht ein kleines, engagiertes Team von Tierfreunden.
Am wichtigsten ist für uns, dass dein Tier hoffentlich wieder sicher bei dir ist 🏡. Das ist am Ende immer unser größter Wunsch.

I payed 300 sek for the posts of my missing pet to not get any traction nor interactions, literally 0!!!!, you might as well just share the post by yourself in fb groups, worst money spent, they just take advantage of the desperation of people looking for their loved pets, save your money

Your campaign was created and launched right away. Thankfully, your furry friend was found the very next day 🐾💖. Because the search ended quickly, the ads didn’t get the chance to build the traction they normally do over the full run. Our alerts are always ads (not simple posts), designed to reach local neighbors in the area where a pet goes missing 🙏.
Most importantly, we’re just relieved that your pet is safe back home where they belong 🏡.

This website is a scam. They claim that they will post your missing pet info on FB and Instagram, but the FB page hasn't been active since 2024 and the Instagram account doesn't exist.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m truly sorry for the stress and frustration you went through. We know how overwhelming it is when a beloved pet goes missing, and the last thing we’d ever want is for any pet parent to feel let down.
Just to clarify, as soon as you registered your furry friend as missing, we set your campaign live right away. It ran as promised, and we also used Instagram ads (not simple posts), because ads are what actually reach thousands of local neighbors in the area where a pet is lost 🙏.
We also replied to your private messages straight away with the correct links, along with answers to all of your questions, but sadly we never heard back from you. I truly wish it had felt clearer in the moment, because our only goal is to make a stressful time a little bit easier.

Thank you. He came home himself but you only need one person to respond to an ad. Could make all the difference. During our search we were hit with bad news. A cat had been killed by a car and found by its owner over the local beach. This sounded like Barney but another poor girl lost her beloved pet and some callous person had just dropped that cat in a bin. We had an hour in which we believed he'd been killed. If they're missing you need to get them back quick so I do definitely recommend PetRadar
