Collar selection is great very happy with my set delivered today. Staff are friendly and very quick to email back. I wish they did more boy collars. Overall great.

No problem recommending good collars (I’ve ordered the same one twice now with the flower addition in blue) nice choice on the website. Engraving is clear and fit is spot on.

The collars I got are really nice and look so nice and smart on my two dogs. I was happy with the colours and the pattern looked just like the photo on the website. I got the free engraving and it is all correct thank you to the customer service who emailed me to say they thought my phone number was a digit short, which it was! Perfect for me and I would recommend.

Horrible overpriced cheaply made broken product received, lack of transparency regarding returns, expecting photos before accepting a return, against statutory rights, complete waste of money. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company!!!

In response to Petsnooze reply, yes that was the purchase (December) and I am still waiting for you to send details to me of how to return the item to you for a refund! All I get is delay tactics and now a refusal to issue a refund. Please see other reviews for similar experiences with this company.

I found the customer service people very friendly when dealing with my collar engraving. The collar itself has arrived and i am impressed with the quality and it is very cute 🥰

Mrs Margaret Travis - I would like to recommend the pet rugs from this company. I have been buying them for the last 3 years and I find them really useful for my two cats and my dog. They was really well and are very soft. I have tried all of the designs and I would say the brown with footprints is the nicest. They really help to keep the fur off my couch and one of the cats really likes hers in the corner under the windowsill. Very good blankets. Margaret

Jean Harrison - I ordered and received a beautiful three piece set for my old dear we don’t walk as far as we used to but the set looks very nice on her. The pink suits her and I am happy with everything about it. The flower on the collar and her name on the clasp are beautiful it looks like it will last her I am very pleased with my choice. Jean

2nd order from Petsnooze and again very happy with my haul, harness and collar set is a nice design in light blue with flowers. Impressed again and took advantage of the free engraving this time. Really nice set for the summer.

Got an ace set for our dog from this site collar lead and harness all matching and with his name on for £30 and then another 5% off so can really moan about that. Looks dead nice on and we are happy to recommend. Would definitely buy again at that price.

The product and service (or rather lack of service) are appalling! The dog bed I ordered is dreadful quality. The bottom cushion is no where near as deep as the photos suggest, ie it is thin and not "cosy" as described when placed on the floor. The bottom layer is NOT waterproof, I checked that and it just isn't. The zip is already coming away from where it's sewn.....and I didn't even allow the dog inside as I DO NOT WANT IT.

Also, this exact same product is advertised for less than half the price on Amazon. However, the Amazon supplier does not deliver to the Isle Of Wight....which is why I ordered from supposedly "UK" company which is, in fact based in China.

I will be emailing Trading Standards about this awful company and the tatty product I received.

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
