Delivery was quick to WA and customer service awesome. Accidentally received the wrong colour and they got back to me on the same day sending out the product in the correct colour again.

I really like the cat litter from Petso, it’s a good price. The only thing I could suggest is getting the package to us a bit quicker. It does seem to take a while. Other than that it’s excellent.

Disappointed service on order cancellation request
Order cancellation process is not clear and fast enough to cancel an order if one changes his or her mind after shopping. I wrote to customer service team the same day I made the purchase but at the end, after 3 days, they replied to me that they cannot stop the order and the products are already shipped.
They made the order cancellation difficult without any automation on the website. Even though I wrote to the customer service team quick enough, the response and result are very disappointed so I will not shop on Petso again.

Received my cat products !!
Received my cat products !!!! Was so happy they are so cute love the colours and the spill mats are 👍 great. My two cats ate dinner out of them last night and were two happy kitty cats 😁. Thank you so much . Will definitely be buying more . Delivery came when said, and packaged very well !!
