This was by far the best hire company I have been to me and my daughter had a splendid time as we were being chauffeured around the city by our amazing driver overall a 11/10 experience highly recommended :)

Absolutely amazing customer service booked the cars last minute due to my original cars being canceled. My cars and confirmation was sent within 5 minutes and the cars arrived on the day with ribbons and a number plate which was free when you book the cars with them and the chauffeurs were dressed better than some of my guests!

Just goes to show how much effort and time they put into there work as all this was done in such a small space of time which i am very grateful for and will definitely be recommending to my freinds and family.

Was recommended by Marigold and a friend to book with Phantom Hire and i was so glad i did. My car was the only car booked with Phantom Hire and it looked the best. My fiances cars were cheaper and were booked from elsewhere but turned up late and the chauffuers were not the best to speak to. My reason for the this review was to thank the sales team at Phantom Hire for sticking to there words as agreed when booked and making my special day even better than expected!

Booked x3 Rolls Royce Dawns from Phantom Hire and i have to say at the start i thought they were slighly expensive than most companies out there as i was getting cheaper quotes when i was shopping around but when i called and spoke to the sales team I instantly felt at ease and spoke to some really knowledgeable guys who really know about there cars.

I wanted something which wasnt really common but classy at the same time so they recommend the Rolls Royce Dawn. I still had a feeling it was too good to be true so i asked if i could view the cars in person where they then welcomed me to come down to the showroom. I came down to the showroom and when i say they had one of the cleanest / organized showrooms i have ever seen i really mean it, after being in the car trade previously and going to the big Volkswagen & Audi Showrooms I definitely know how they are meant to be presented.

They offered me coffee & water upon arrival and welcomed me into there office.

From there everything was just amazing and i just paid the deposit after such a good impression.

The cars turned up on the day ontime and looking amazing.

Cannot thank Phantom Hire Enough!

Terrible communication from the start from Ace who never calls you back. Paid £550 for a Phantom for my sons Prom on 27th June. Driver was a lovely chap a credit to them. However Phantom turned up with all 4 wheel centres missing making it look scruffy and incomplete. Emails ignored till I mentioned I was leaving a review then Adam called and was quite rude. Said I was not a genuine customer and it was not their fault they got stolen the day before. If I was that concerned I should of turned car away, he had done me a favour sending it etc. Too late notice to turn the car away when the prom is in half an hour obviously. Shocking attitude even said I will come to your house and talk to you face to face. Very condescending saying what do you want? Didn't think it was a genuine complaint to send a car with bits missing. Even my sons mates noticed and laughed about it. Five minutes later he calmed down and called to apologise for the way he had spoken to me. Offered £50 refund, come and see us and have lunch in the showroom [ I said we wouldn't be doing that as too far] Then said send me your address and I will personally send your son a gift to apologise. I emailed my bank details and address and got the refund. I thought I will not leave a poor review if they stood to their word and did what they said. It is now 18th of July and no gift received so here is your review.
It is a sign of a good company how they handle things when things go wrong. I have been ignored, insulted and let down by false promises, not an opinion, a fact. I have not given a one star review as I did get a £50 refund. [I would of rather had a complete car that looked better in the photo's obviously] I have taken 3 stars off for the car, the ignorance [both email and phone calls] and the attitude when I complained.

Phantom hire went above and beyond for my sons prom, the car was amazing and the driver was really friendly, everything from start to finish was handled perfectly and everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend phantom hire for all your special occasions

We hired a Rolls Royce from Phantom hire because Ace made us feel at ease. He reassured us and guided us through the whole process. Dealing with any of our concerns quickly and effectively. The car was amazing as described and her own private number plate was a bonus. My Neice had the best time ever. The driver was very professional and never rushed us at any point. We would highly recommend Phantom Hire and would definitely be using them again. Thank you guys for making our Neices prom an amazing experience.

Hired a prom car for my daughter. Lovely company to deal with, had a call just to confirm all details prior to the day. The chauffeur was so kind and didn’t rush anyone at all. The car looked amazing and the ribbons/bows were perfectly co ordinated with my daughters dress as requested and the personalised number plate was a brilliant idea! Thank you

Phantom Hire is just the best without a doubt! I, Luqmaan hired two vehicles for the weekend for a family wedding. Maz, Awais & the team were incredibly supportive, accommodating and VERY Humble throughout the duration of hire. Maz himself is a very down to earth individual, precessional, humble, experienced and a total GENT!

My father being a senior citizen was very hesitant at first in hiring a car and alway believed in driving his personal owned vehicle. Maz / Awais we’re very assuring, helpful and very competent in reassuring my father that it was perfectly fine to hire and for him to enjoy the family wedding with no worry! I will never forget this as this is a skill in its self - Top work lads!!

As a business owner myself I know it’s not easy to provide exceptional and world class service consistently! I have to say Phantom Hire have really invested well in quality staff and vehicles to embrace the service they provide! Credit given where due! The team has a real touch of professionalism who love doing their Job with a passion! It’s clearly visible from when you walk in that the team have a wealth of knowledge around Chauffeuring, Car Hire and Helicopter Charter. I can personally assure and surely those that have used Phantom Hire will agree with me that Maz and the team will never disappoint you but will always go out of there way to make sure your fully satisfied!! Last but not least the fleet of cars available at Phantom Hire are nothing but exotic and totally luxury! All in all nothing but the best in the game - I and all my friends / Family will be using phantom Hire again in the future.
