It was lovely to have a female engineer attend my repair. She was exceptionally polite, nicely spoken, helpful and extremely professional. She explained what had gone wrong, showed me what to do should it happen again and stayed to ensure nothing else was wrong before she left. I was delighted with the service i received on this occasion.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by this company. The appointment was made very efficiently by the telephone staff and the fitters arrived on time. They ensured they wore covers over their shoes at all times and were very polite and respectful. They left no mess at all and clearly explained how the boiler worked. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have been using Phoenix gas for a number of years, and all aspects of their service is excellent. The office staff are very polite and efficient, and the engineers always prompt and professional in their work. We would recommend them without hesitation.

The receptionist booked the service appointment and was very efficient and polite.
The engineer came to service our boiler, he produced his ID and introduced himself.
He explained each process and then checked the gas supply and serviced the boiler.

5 visits for the same issue and still not resolved. Appointment time is not the time the engineer arrives. Very poor communication between office and engineer.

Czekałem na umówioną wizytę od 8 rano do 13. Nikt się nie pojawił, nikt nie zadzwonił. Po moim telefonie jakaś kobieta stwierdziła że inżynier był u mnie i do mnie dzwonił, co jest perfidnym kłamstwem. Przed wizytą dostałem email, trzy wiadomości z przypomnieniem o zblizającej się wizycie, ale o tym że nikt nie przyjdzie zapomnieli mnie powiadomić. Wziąłem specjalnie wolne w pracy, straciłem pieniądze i mój cenny czas.

Traktowanie klientów poniżej krytyki.

I have been with Phoenix for several years and have had a new boiler from them (a few years ago now) as well. They are always friendly, respectful, and tidy. The prices and quality are excellent. All the servicemen are very knowledgeable, too. I have full confidence in them all. I can’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely engineer come and service the boiler, very professional and very friendly with a good sense of humour… had me chuckling with laughter…. I find all Phoenix gas engineers very polite and professional at all times. They always do a great job.

Recently had Phoenix referred to us by the council.
The council never informed us of there visit so when they 1st arrived were turned away.
Once verified and on the second visit the engineer did what he had to on a Friday and left.
He left us without any hot water so we had to switch the immersion on (at a cost) until I raised the issue and the engineer was sent out on Monday only to have forgotten to turn the main gas tap back on.
I feel this was a malicious incident due to not letting them in on the 1st occasion.
No something I'd expect from a contracting company.

In my experience with Phoenix gas is very positive from the professional way both Kathrine and Ashley handled the installation (very professional) even with a minor crisis when a part was missing they pulled out all the stops to resolve it.
Top class girls.
The installation team were very professional, excellent and very knowledgeable from the two guys that fitted the panels to the electrical installation team.
The guys where very customer focused and made the process easy for me to understand.
A special thanks to the team leader who gave me his number if I had any issues.
I did have an issue on a Friday, sent a text and thought it would be Monday before he got back to me.
Saturday morning phone rings it was him problem solved in his time.
This man deserves a pay raise top class service all round.

A Phoenix gas engineer sorted my boiler hot water problem promptly,he found the problem ordered the part and returned the next week to fix it ,it was all sorted quickly and efficiently
