This company is trash.
My boiler is broken and has been leaking for almost two weeks but they came out to look and said they would make a new appointment to replace the broken part but they don't call, I called them and they said we will call you.
The counsil housing has sent them an email that they need to make this urgently, but they still do not call to make an appointment.
And they have the part in the warehouse as well as the technician.

Engineer came when he said. Was very friendly & professional, cleaned up after he’d finished & explained everything that had been done. Would highly recommend Phoenix as a company as it’s well organised & they are very competitive with there prices.

First class company. We were very impressed. We changed our service maintenance company over for our boiler to Phenix Gas services. After a member of our family highly recommended them to us. Our engineer Andy was very polite friendly and hard working he replaced our magnetic filter system and serviced our boiler. He even called back before leaving the area to check with me if my Mother 82 was please with the work he had done on our boiler. He was very considerate. We would highly recommend them. 👍

Failed to give notice of appointments to time could be taken off work multiple times, started sending threatening letters saying they were being obstructed from entering the property, eventually appointment confirmed and they didn't even bother to show up. Total incompetence across the board.

My boiler has just had it's 2nd yearly service and is running perfectly.
From installation right threw to this week the quality of work and professionalism has been top notch.
I went with Phoenix through a referral and haven't looked back.
I'll definitely be sticking with them fot any future work I may have.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Phoenix Service our central heating boiler, which they fitted without issue several years ago, every year . Always rock up broadly on time, quick, thorough, cheerful. Costs have gone up but so has everything and we are still.paying less than we did prior to having this boiler fitted so can't complain. We strongly recommend them and neighbours have used them to fit new systems so says it all really

We had a service carried out today. Craig and his boss were both very professional,friendly and efficient. Craig explained everything that had been carried out on the service. We also requested a quote for further work. We would definitely use this company again

We use Phoenix to service our gas boiler. Always reliable, very efficient, good communication and staff are friendly and polite.
Possibly not the cheapest, but their engineers are excellent & we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Phoenix fitted a new boiler for me in 2018 and it has been serviced by their engineers for the past 5 years.
Serviced again this week and it was excellent as usual.
I highly recommend Phoenix and have just signed up for another 3 years service offer.

Having booked a service with British gas, a special offer at £99, I was contacted by Debbie at Phoenix, having my previous services with them, to say my service was due. Turns out their price was cheaper than B. Gas anyway, even more so if you take out a 3 yearly offer. I booked my appointment for next week but within an hour, I was contacted again to say a cancellation had come up and duly had my service done that afternoon. I can't speak highly enough of Debbie and her team,so I took out the 3 year offer that worked out at £72 per service. Excellent! Dom, who was the service engineer was lovely, explained everything clearly, did a great job and even put a couple of batteries in the control panel as it was virtually dead. What's not to like! Unfortunately trying to cancel with B. Gas was a nightmare, but well worth it in the end. Well done Phoenix and thank you. Su Zie. Silverdale.

Highly recommend Phoenix Gas Furlong Road Tunstall for excellent service. From original survey done no chasing left for us to contact and even though a few months later after other work carried out we were booked in within a few days for a boiler replacement at original price quoted. Fitting engineers and electrician were brilliant quick and efficient no messing work carried out all within the day and site tidied. The outside wall made good a few days later done perfectly bricks matching

I was contacted by Phoenix regarding a problem I had with my boiler and was given a 6hr window for someone to arrive. Totally amazed that within the hour an Engineer arrived. He was so polite and professional and fixed the problem immediately and also instructed me and made sure I knew what to do if the problem arose again. I can't fault the Engineer andwas extremely pleased with the service I received from Phoenix...5*

As always the young man who attended was so friendly and courteous he explained everything he needed to do so efficient always happy to have this company to do my gas service
