Couldn’t recommend Phoenix Solicitors more highly. Excellent communication from beginning to end of my claim. Very professional and quick in sorting out my money from a landlord when others failed. Can’t thank you enough.

These people are beyond unprofessional. They said they would find out if I paid a deposit on my rental property as I don’t remember if I did. Three weeks go by and they email again without that information and a bill for over £800. I emailed and said no this isn’t right I think you’re scamming me and then a woman called me saying I better be nice. Literally. She then started sending me many emails. She sent me 7 emails in a 20 minute period. I left a bad review on Facebook and she emailed me saying I have 2 hours to take it down or they will get their lawyer to take me to court. I mean they are a legal firm so I don’t understand why they would have to hire someone outside their office but like I said the crazy woman sending tons of email has made zero sense. I’ve had to report them to the police for harassment and block their phone number. They can not find out if you paid a deposit on your property. Do not believe them if they say that. UPDAE: their reply is full of lies. You can tell just by reading it which of us had the nasty attitude. I hung up because the woman started screaming for me to show her respect. She had no reason to even call me. If she thought I misunderstood something she should have replied via email and explained everything but she didn’t. She just went crazy. She sent email after email with one or two lines just being rude and unprofessional. She sent 7 in 20 minutes. They did not provide the information they said they would. Which was about the security deposit. They sent me an electric document asking for over £800. That’s a bill to me. They can call it whatever they want. I have made a complaint to the omnibus. This employee has obviously lost the plot. all the nasty emails she sent me had links to trustpilot and Facebook asking the recipient of the email to leave a review. So I did.

Put in a claim against a previous landlord, we never thought we’d get anything back, but these guys done an amazing job to claim back over £2500!!
