PHS Bathrooms Opiniões

Outstanding service from PHS Bathrooms who replaced free of charge broken shower door wheels, despite the originals lasting for 15 years. Their prompt and helpful service is much appreciated.

Ben & Chris were very helpful (and patient!) during the design process for our ensuite. The installation by Ash was great and minor issues were promptly fixed. We are very pleased with the result and have already booked an installation slot for our main bathroom.

PHS bathrooms were very helpful with all aspects of designing the bathroom, choosing the products which met my needs and managing the fitting team. Tony was a star, he couldn’t have done more. The fittings all arrived on site on day1 and the fitters spent 2 weeks for each bathroom. The tiling was done well with clean lines and trim. The quality of the products was top rate. I went to work through the day and left them with a key.
On the second bathroom there was a snags list but Tony managed the closure of these items with the fitters. Both bathrooms have worked out well and I enjoy showering and bathing like having my own private spa.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and a good range of products.

GOTT, IS IT REAL?

First class service from Tony in the show room and Phil the bathroom fitter

Both Tony & Chris were very accommodating and tracked down some replacement shower door seals I needed. They were good at communicating with me throughout the process.

I chose PHS to replace my bathroom and downstairs cloakroom as I wanted a company who could provide quality materials and a complete service from design to finish, and that is what I got. The showroom is great for getting inspiration and the sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. The installation team were professional and friendly and handled everything from removal, re-plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling and flooring. Junior is extremely skilled and was able to do everything, ably assisted by his team. There was a minimum of fuss and disruption, and they took all rubbish away with them at the end. I am very pleased with my bathroom and cloakroom and would not hesitate to recommend PHS if you are looking to replace your bathroom.

I chose PHS as a local independent company rather than going to someone like B&Q because I wanted top quality equipment and a fully managed install. Salesman/designer Jono was very attentive of my requirements and quickly understood what I wanted to achieve - literally a bathroom with the 'wow factor'. After a few visits to their showroom, between us we were able to settle on fittings and layout and I paid the initial payment. Due to their popularity, I then had to wait 3 months for their fitters to start work. Three weeks were allocated and installation of bathroom and WC took 13 days. The team of fitters were excellent, again attentive to my requests and literally great fun to work with.

Overall I am very impressed with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a fully fitted bathroom with PHS and the quality and service was 1st class. Having seen the result I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

PHS did a fantastic job on all three of the bathrooms they renovated for us. From start to finish, their attention to detail, communication, and customer service were exemplary. The team at PHS truly understands the importance of quality craftsmanship and delivering on their promises.

Their meticulous approach ensured that every aspect of the renovation was executed flawlessly. Whether it was selecting the perfect fixtures or ensuring that the tiles were laid precisely, no detail was too small for them. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly and professionally.

The fitters, in particular, were exceptional. They not only demonstrated top-notch skills in their work but also maintained a clean and organized workspace, which was greatly appreciated. Their tidiness during the renovations minimized disruption to our daily lives, allowing us to continue with our routine as smoothly as possible.

The end result is simply stunning, they are the first rooms we show people and look for any excuse to show them off. Each of our three new bathrooms reflects the high standards and quality that PHS promises. The design is exactly what we envisioned, and the functionality exceeds our expectations. We are thrilled with the transformation and find ourselves enjoying our new spaces every day.

We would wholeheartedly recommend PHS Bathrooms to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work. If you want a hassle-free renovation experience and stunning results, PHS is the way to go!

Outstanding service from this company!!
We have just used PHS for the second time and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to have a quality bathroom installed. Jono looked after us from start to finish - from the innovative design to making sure it was finished to perfection.
He and his team of fitters are knowledgable, professional, friendly and did an amazing job for us to the highest standard. Really cannot fault them!!
Thank you again, PHS!!

We've recently had my en-suite bathroom complete and I'm extremely happy with the professional service I have received. Our bathroom fitters were superb and did a fantastic job, we are delighted with the results.

After living in an older house in Milton Keynes for many years, we decided to give the bathroom a facelift. We visited phs to get and idea of the art of the possible and we had a look around the showroom with Chris.
Being a novice DIY,er, Chris showed us all the options, answering my questions and concerns with professionalism and respect.
We decided to go ahead with a baseline design which Chris and his team promptly created a 3D image of what it would look like, within a week. We accepted the design, with a few tweaks and our journey began.
Our bathroom fitters arrived on the first Monday morning and what can I say..
Absolute professional, lovely warm and helpful guys. Every morning we had a chat about how it went the day before, what was today and how the final day would go and when. Needless to say they beat the 10 day expected installation time by 3 days with no reduction in quality. Absolute stars.

My thanks go to the whole team at phs for a first class service, reasonably priced and overall an extremely good service.

I most certainly would recommend phs to upgrade and update your bathroom.

The team at PHS Bathrooms, Bletchley, Milton Keynes were excellent during our visit to their comprehensive showroom, to look at new ensuite fittings and fixtures. Their service and attention on the Saturday afternoon, assisting us with information, choice and alternative option ideas, was first class. We are very much now looking forward to a new en-suite bathroom in the coming's weeks. Thank-you.

Brilliant from start to finish from the design phase with Chris in the showroom to the install with their team, can’t fault the service. A few hiccups as to be expected when going back to brick during a renovation but it was all managed brilliantly!

We recently had our en-suite bathroom completely re-fitted by PHS Bathrooms and we couldn't have wished for better service. Jono in the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was able to recommend certain products which suited our project and keep us well advised about costings etc. The fitters (Jason & Luke) were really excellent. Their work was top quality and of very high standard. They were very respectful and they were the tidiest workers we have ever had! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kalli who has assisted me with so much care and effort. She has gone above and beyond to give me such excellent service.
I had a faulty shower and she explored the options with me bearing in mind I had a budget that I could not exceed due to personal reasons. She made me feel at ease and explored all the options during an emergency situation. She continued to check in until the job was complete and the plumber who installed a new shower (Jason) further displayed such professionalism. Thank you so much to both of you for such a wonderful experience.

I don't usually write reviews but exceptional customer service deserves a comment.
We ordered a bathroom basin and vanity unit from Ben Leighton at PHS Bathrooms in Milton Keynes. The following day he contacted us to apologise and advise us that the item had just been discontinued by the manufacturer. The next day we received a further message from him informing us that he had managed to find a basin and after speaking to the manufacturer they had agreed to make a vanity unit with 4 to 5 week estimated delivery. Just over 4 weeks later he phoned to advise that they had received both the basin and unit which he arranged to deliver to us the same day as our fitters were on sight.
Many thanks Ben, we appreciate your efforts and hope your employer also does

The service we received from PHS Bathroom showroom was outstanding. All of the staff who dealt with us were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Our budget was limited and they went out of their way to help us find the best deals. We would certainly recommend them and they fully deserve our 5* rating
