I forgot to cancel my subscription and had a surprise withdrawal from my bank account. The customer service was excellent, the money refunded the same morning and they also cancelled the subscription for me.

Blijkbaar een keer online zoiets gedaan niet gekozen voor een abonnement! Wat schetst mijn verbazing er wordt elke maand geld afgeschreven!!!! Waarvoor??? Incasso stop gezet. Niet intrappen...foei

Was charged full subscription because I didn’t cancel before the end of the trial period but company refunded me as a gesture of good will. Might be better if they remind people they are about to be charged rather than just doing it. But I’m grateful for the refund thank you.

The product is really good,and the service is excellent, I would have preferred if I was given a once a week progress report and a reminder that my next payment is due.

Easy to follow instructions and well laid out web pages. Very detailed questionnaire and well explained diagnoses which are rated for closest fit. Useful tool to help with basis for GP visit or self help

We contacted them through a contact form late in the evening and got an answer already early in the next morning, with all options listed. Very customer friendly.

The company offers a test and precribes the exercises according to the test. In my case the exercices for three different shoulder muscles and tendons were overlapping and similar exercises repeated on same day withouth relaxing days scheduled.
When I showed the orthopedic diagnostic they offered exercises for shoulder rotator cuff tear. I will now test and give opin ion on next report

I found your site very interesting but, I`m sorry, I just don`t trust these sites that welcome you and then slip in a clause that in a week or a month or whatever, you have to sign up for debits from your bank account. They always work on the principle that you will intend to cancel and then forget. Don`t they? You`ve probably been caught by sites like that yourself. Then, when you do try to cancel there`s some complication and you can`t get through to the site to speak to anyone to find out how to withdraw from it. It seems your site is not such a site. You have allowed me to cancel and had the decency to reply to my request asking you to. But I wouldn`t have known that before I cancelled! I think I`m right in saying you did not give a phone number. Perhaps if you had (my apologies if you did and I missed it!) I might have felt more confident about being able to cancel before the trial period ended.

I was abroad and wanted quick answers, not to actually root around and find a physical physio while on holiday. It was helpful and accurate BUT not needed once I was home and had a physiotherapist. When I realised I was still being charged, I asked to unsubscribe and WAS, almost instantly.

When it comes to internal injuries, no one knows more about it than the patient, Initially at least.
