WORTH THE PURCHASE
Hello I bought my picto watch like 5 years ago. I really love it, I wanted something different and I got that. It had an issue and I returned and it was fixed. I haven't had an issue since. I have been using it since, I will recommend it over n over.
By the way I need to change the scrap. Please where or how in London, can I get it done. Thank you

Great Service
Nine months after, I had a problem with my watch. In only two days, I had my new watch in my wrist. One of the best service I´ve ever had. Thanks again, PICTO.

I am so impressed by the high level of customer care.
A problem is NOT a problem to Picto watches, very quickly and efficiently resolved.
