Excellent customer service. I ordered a wall clock and mechanism was not working properly. Send an email to customer service and promptly mailed new mechanism within 2 days. Happy with the service and the clock.

I purchased a 12" circle metal picture of my dog who passed away in Feb. The picture is WONDERFUL, I feel like he is looking at me, a wonderful memory for me. I liked it so much I got another print for our winter residence too. I just placed a order for a friend who lost her dog also in March, I know she will enjoy it. The service was GREAT, placed the order and had the picture delivered with in 7 to 10 days. Website was very user friendly, making placing the order fast and painless. I will be showing my picture to others and will suggest that they try Picture It Custom.

The sign that I received looked like an actual street sign. My son was very pleased with it using his last name to name the Blvd. It made him happy and therefore I was very pleased with its production.

About a month ago I saw a groupon for a custom metal clock. Once I saw the piece I figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered the clock and literally recieved it in about a week. It was beautiful and my wife loved it. My mother in law loved the clock so much, I purchased another one for her.
A few weeks later I purchased a 16×20 canvas picture and it was tremendous. Now that I know the quality of the products are so great, I will be getting a canvas of my wedding photo. I haven't been able to find better pricing and such fast shipping anywhere.

Ordered the 12” circle clock to use in the kids play room. It arrived within the stated time and looks great! I thought it was missing the hanging material but when I called the 800 number I was informed it was built into the battery pack. I never noticed it and so glad I called! Will definitely consider this product again as a gift!

Beautiful clock, arrived a day late, when I received it one of the corners were dog eared

Great value. Only feedback would be that the image adjustment tools as far a zoom and center could use a little refinement.
