Love it but ....
They shipped it quickly and it looks great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the clock stopped working. Tried switching the battery but hmmm don’t know what happened to it. It’s still beautiful 😊

I placed two separate orders using two different photos for puzzles for each of my daughters as a Mother's Day gift. Both daughters ended up getting the same photo ( of my oldest daughter and her children). When I wrote explaining the error they claimed it was my error and sent me a coupon for free shipping. Very disappointing!

We have no control over what images are submitted to us for production. Our system is extremely automated, so we have every customer review and submit their order verifying that they approve of their image and personal edit of their product. We do not edit any images or designs, the orders go immediately into production after customers submit them to us. Both orders were submitted to us with the same image, so that is what was produced.
