The maroon Vine colour sweat jumper ordered was not true as in website. The colour was more plum purple when I received it. Disappointed with it.

We understand your disappointment in the color of the sweat jumper not meeting your expectations. You mentioned ordering a "maroon vine" color, but upon checking our records, it shows you actually ordered the "burgundy" option. Unfortunately, we currently don't offer a "maroon vine" color for this particular item.
While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, including the "Colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows" disclaimer, we acknowledge that differences in screen settings and individual perception can sometimes lead to variations in perceived color.
In this case, it seems there was a mismatch between your expectation of "maroon vine" and the "burgundy" available. We sincerely apologize for this disappointment and are committed to improving our color representation.

Unfortunately i had to send the dress back,as it was not what my wife wanted. But customer relations was 1st class,they paid me back straight away in my account and apologised the dress wasn't right for my wife. If only every company you dealt with was like that.

The products look very nice and the prices were also very good. The Gilet and rugby top are for my husbands birthday later this month so I cannot say what they look like on as yet but so far I'm very happy!
