commandé le 31 mars mis en fabrication le 1er avril expédié le 8 avril livré le 17 avril ( vacances de pâques qui a un peu impacté les transporteurs ) Le colis est arrivé par chronopost en excellent état d'emballage , le temps étant de la partie , notre rideau bronze bordé noir est resté etendu dehors 2h avant d'être installé . Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de cette commande . nous allons très certainement commandé d'autres rideaux chez Pikkuna , c'est notre 1er achat pour fermer notre préau pergola côté ouest donc côté océan il nous protège du vent de la mer , de la pluie qui vient souvent de l'ouest egalement et du soleil avec son côté fumé et aussi de la luminosité occasionnée par la proximité de la piscine . le bronze et noir est très classe . Nous sommes admiratifs de leur savoir faire , du très beau travail une qualité incroyable . Les échanges via WhatsApp ou par mail avec Elena ont été constructifs et très agréables . A few months ago I purchased a set of three clear plastic curtains for my outside garden room. It has beautiful views across the mountains in Central Portugal, anyone that lives here will know that with views comes often high winds and rain.
On the 28th January storm “Kristin” hit Central Portugal with horrible consequences with winds reaching 150-200 kph many trees were blown over and structural damage was massive.
How my curtains survived I have no idea, they did without any damage, wow are they tough, we are still experiencing high winds and heavy rain with no sign of stress to the curtains.
Well done Pikkuna for producing a product that is built to last.

The zipper doesn’t have a stopper. This has caused the zipper to come off the bottom the zip to open and the sheet to become useless within 2 days. I’ve emailed them and it’s just tumbleweeds.

I wouldn’t recommend.

Älkää ostako missään nimessä kyseisestä firmasta kalvoja. Muovia ovat ei mitään ikkunoita. Toimittavat tuotteet väärän mittaisena. Eikä palautusoikeutta vaikka heidän vika.. Tosi huono asiakaspalvelu. Myyjä käskee laittamaan kalvot roskiin.

Puntuali, precisi e materiali di ottima qualità. Installato 4 teli in PVC trasparente la settimana scorsa. Grazie Pikkuna.

Da vi fik produktet til opsætning var der bare Alm skruer med til at sætte det op med. 😡
Alle deres billeder viser det er monteret med
beslag, så det kan sættes på og nemt tages af igen.
Jeg er dybt skuffet for produktet er dyrt nok

Twee jaar geleden hebben we een bestelling geplaatst van pvc soepele ramen voor het afsluiting van een pergola, twee vaste en twee meteen deur met ritsluiting, Nu stelden we vast dat de ritsen door de zon begonnen te scheuren (niet vu bestendig), Hebben contact genomen met PIKKUNA per mail en het probleem uitgelegd en foto's, zelfde dag nog antwoord gekregen met het positieve nieuws dat ze de wanden met de deuren zullen vervangen. Na planning en goedkeuring werd de productie gestart en de nieuwe delen zijn nu in goede staat toegekomen.
Hierbij willen wij onze dank betuigen voor de goede naverkoopservice die de IKKUNA bied.

Kyseessä pyöreä hirsi.
Pikkuna ei kuvasta ja viesteistä huolimatta tehnyt suojakalvoja oikein, eikä suostunut niitä korvaaman !!!
He eivät ymmärrä, että pyöreä hirsi vaatii leveämmän marginaalin.
En todellakaan suosittele yritystä, asia on viety eteenpäin…

I looked for a transparent foil, but couldn't get it Germany. Not, what I expected.
So I ordered at Pikkuna. The price doesn't differ to German prices and the expected delivery time was OK. But it came 5 days earlier. Perfect when we got the first freeze.
It had the correct measurements and was easy to install.

We have now installed our 3 panels, 2 of which have recessed zipper doors. The order went very well as everything was easy to do on the website. Good drawings in connection with the order which made it easy to check that our given measurements were correct. Very happy with the result. From ordering to delivery and assembly which went very well. Good communication with Pikkuna and now we will see how it handles the winter. Since we feel that the quality is really good, we are not worried. Highly recommended when you have a need like we had.

I was enthusiastic about ordering these screens. For ages I had been looking for something like these and finally came across their website.
I duly ordered 3 different sized screens with the correct measurements and paid the fee. Not cheap. With customs charges it came to near on a £1000 but I though it would be worth it. Well I was very wrong. They duly arrived and when I checked them they were all the same size not the 3 different sizes I ordered. Also the button holes did not match the drawings.
I sent an email and the reply was due to manufacturing tolerances of 1 to 2 cm there would be slight errors. I replied that thye should be able to make them more accurately than that and they replied increasing the errors to 2 to 3 cm. I said that was not acceptable and they agreed to make one of the screens (largest) again with more care. It arrived but was just the same size as before. I emailed again and they suggested a partial refund or to make the screen again. By this time I had managed to get the first 2 screens fitted albeit by warming and stretching. When the replacement arrived I though I would have a go. I managed to fit it but I really had to stretch it and I do not think it will last long as the strain on the button holes is immense.
I sent some pictures of the screen showing the measurement error, how stretched it is and also it is not even square but never received a reply. I waited a week or so and resent the email and pictures but still have not received any reply.
So bewarwe if you need a screen with some degree of accuracy in size as they dont seem to be able to manufacture their screens to the measured drawings. The material quality seems ok but just let down by poor manufacturing errors.

Impossible d’installer une bâche car trop petite. Au début j’avais des réponses pour faire en sorte que j’installe la bâche j’en ai même casser mon sèche cheveux. Et maintenant silence radio. Ça m’à coûté un bras et rien pas d’échange pas de remboursement

I just want to warn anyone from uk buying this product, which I can’t fault but have been left with a huge duty fedex bill to pay after paying a lot for the item I would think Pikkuna should cover this so do not order this there are local companies use them.

Produktet er veldig bra, montasje vennlig og perfekt passform fra de målene de fikk. Anbefales på det sterkeste, i forhold til billige produkter. Veldig fornøyd

Really good quality, we are very happy with pikkuna. And easy to install by yourself.
