Helpful, friendly staff
This company communicated well. There were frequent, pleasant phone calls from friendly, helpful staff. Any queries I had were treated respectfully, with clear advice. I was genuinely surprised at the high cost of cleaning the house, but I had only one "complaint" (the coffee table in the living room appeared to have a greasy film). Otherwise, very clean and comfortable, with every kitchen gadget possible.

Really lovely cottage
Really lovely cottage, well fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great to have a drying room on hand and the owners were really friendly and helpful. Such a lovely place to stay even when there's an amber rain warning in place. Great location too.

Excellent Accommodation
A great apartment in a very central location. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. The best review I can give is that I would want to use the accommodation again if I had to stay in Paisley in the future.

Unsuitable for 6 and overpriced
Flat very small and claustrophobic, can barely take 4 adults, not even a foot between the twin beds in smaller bedroom. Would be ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. However it is completely ridiculous to advertise it for 6. There's no dining table as space is taken up by the sofa. Adult number 5 and 6 would sleep in the kitchen/lounge leaving nowhere for anyone to sit or eat other than their beds. There's only 3 breakfast/soup bowls for 6 adults so not really set up for so many people either. On booking.com all images from different letting units at Elder Park are in a jumble so you don't know which ones actually are belonging to the flat you are renting. It is very misleading. Appartment is totally overpriced for what you are getting. Our group had a 2nd flat less than a mile away with 3 times the space for almost half the price. There's no doorbell or knocker at the house so once one person is inside we had to bang on the bedroom windows to get in or text from outside the door. Lots of banging from the other flat's residents as they had the same problem. Communication was awful. Still waiting for a call from property manager I was supposed to get on Monday. Only positive points I can make are that it was spotlessly clean and beds in master bedroom were very comfy.

Lovely accommodation, great views.
The accommodation was lovely, very clean and with great views. Easy to get to most things especially by car but possible to walk too. This would have been 5 stars but there were a few small issues which were just a little disappointing.

Taking deposit, cancelling my reservation with no explanation why then refund deposit but short by 40 pounds
Made a booking at bookin.com, then Pillow Partners took deposit even though booking was assuring no payment to be made until way in the future, then cancelled my reservation 2 weeks later, no explanation why what so ever, finally refunded my deposit on my card but short by 40-50 pounds, again, no explanations, reply, anything. Sent request to my bank to reverse card transactions so I can recover my money. Pathetic JOKE not a trustworthy company...

Our team had been in touch via the platform to explain that the apartment that you had booked was now no longer managed by ourselves. The refund was issued right away, but does appear that due to exchange rates there is a discrepancy.

Accessing the property was easy using key box.
Property was clean and well equipped.
Good quiet location and Tesco five minute walk away.

Superb hotel.
Just had a 3night stay at this superb hotel. Very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean throughout and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast both full English and continental were delicious and plentiful.
The Fig Tree is ideally situated for the Shanklin shopping area, and the Esplanade, both within easy walking distance.
Highly recommended.
