Ordered a few parts on line with 2 - 3 day delivery, chased 10 days later and had a response that the delivery would be with 2 days, on an all day delivery slot.
This was no use to me as I had explained as the office would be unmanned. I requested they cancelled and refunded. they flatly refused and I am still awaiting the call back.
These people lie and have no credibility - they should be stopped from trading.

I have used this company a few times stupidly, there is always something that tells me not to do it again. This time i ordered from the website, it said all in stock so ordered a 2-3 day tracked delivery. Once again the goods did not arrive on time so i had to purchase the same parts locally. trying to return there parts was a problem and even then they withhold 25% as a restocking charge. These people should not be in business They Lie, do not reply to emails or phone and generally are not a nice company to deal with. DONT USE THEM.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.
Ordered and paid for delivery with 2-3 days. 2 weeks later nothing and refusing to give me a refund! Extremely rude on the phone. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had!
Total scam!

I ordered 2 1/2" pipe and got 3". I was told by the sales manager that this was correct as the detailed data sheet makes this clear. But why have the website front page stating one size and then another elsewhere? If you need to read the data sheet because the order page diameter sizing is not accurate, this should be writ large on the order page.
Pipedreams excepted no returns or refunds.

order back in June for a job I was doing. Pipe never arrived despite repeated calls to customer service every week. Assured it would arrive many times and it never did. Had to refund the client in the end. Customer service were no help. Look elsewhere if thinking about using this company. Currently I am waiting for a refund on the order.

Unfortunately I have to add to the really bad reviews. The company advised me on a product they also guaranteed delivery to Europe for a show - I was to use the pipe stands for. They advised me the stands are a match and if I order and pay by 3.30pm (11th June) they will deliver latest 14th June. They have charged me an astronomical sum to assure delivery on the particular date knowing I will be returning to UK in a little over a week. It never arrived amongst other things due to them filing customs and invoice papers incorrectly. On top of it I had to spend a couple of thousand pounds to hire a replacement stand. Upon my return they have sent a replacement to UK having not refunded me original postage costs. What arrived was not usable and would not stand. They have offered me a refund with deducting 25% on the 1st and then 2nd July but then changed their mind and told me I can't have a refund. On their website it says all items are handmade but also if it is custom made no refund so be careful! I called again they refused to refund and advised me they will send side legs to stabilise. Never received anything. Please be wary - it does not arrive on time and they will sell anything wether you can use it or not and quality is extremely poor.

Excellent advice for my project, tailor made swift manufacture and delivery. Product arrived in pristine condition. Very happy with service and product.

I think Pipe Dream Fittings are great. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else on line or local suppliers. They keep items local suppliers don't stock. Website is easy to use. Only had one issue where the wrong parts were sent and they sent replacement parts fairly quickly

I ordered some pipe and key clamp connectors from here last week and missed some parts of the order. I called and asked if I could add them on, they said if I put them through as collection and added my order number then it could be added to the delivery. Unfortunately that didn’t work and my parts arrived without it. I called and spoke to Karl and he was so quick to sort it and got it out next day delivery. Great service and much cheaper than other stores that provide similar services. Saved me about £25 too.

They sent me rusty parts and said that was how they came! The bloke that dealt with me was rude and uncooperative. I won't use them again.

I have placed order back in October last year. Due to non-stock it was suggested to get some tube connectors powder coated and send separately. It took over four weeks for connections to arrive and all were poorly done and damaged (not powder coated but sprayed) Due to delay in initial delivery in the meantime when enquiry was made it was suggested to order smaller size connections and tubes which were in stock but needed to pay for new order. It was promised that upon return of first order that full refund will be paid to our account.
Well, Return was made and paid by us back in November but no refund as yet.

Numerous excuses and no answers to multiple calls and emails but no refund.

If I could I would give them no stars – zero RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Paid for 2-3 days carriage, it took over a week. Sold a fitting suitable for 8mm it came suitable for 12mm .they don't want to know now, ridiculous service. Wrong product. Dick Turpin postage cost. Don't deal with highway robbers .

I was looking for a regular supplier of malleable iron fittings and despite their poor reviews I thought I'd at least give them a go. I made four small, separate orders of around £30 to £140. The first order I made I had to chase after six days as the tracking information remained on 'Label Created'. It arrived swiftly after chasing (advising it was my first order etc.) The second order was received very swiftly. The third order required chasing and was received twelve days after order. The fourth order was received just under three weeks of ordering. I was advised the order had been sent but delivery was refused and returned. I requested the tracking details so I could check myself but didn't receive any response to this request. This order was slightly wrong but I made do with what they had sent thanks to a bit of grinding.
Not the best at replying to emails, you are better off phoning.
I've read reviews that the fittings are oily and rusty, this is industrial pipe. Industrial pipe (if not already prepped) needs degreasing, cleaning and treating before you use it, this is standard.
In all they have a great range, easy website to navigate, fittings that are very competitively priced, but if you can do with the hassle of waiting a while, chasing orders and hearing how the courier attempted to deliver etc. then go for it. It's disappointing really as they have a great basis, their customer service just really lets them down. It's not for me I'm afraid.

Initial communication was great with James , So, I ordered a bespoke pole system off these guys, and then I saw the reviews…. And I panicked.

I had received an email from the company saying the order was complete, but I didn’t receive any message from the courier.
I emailed reply to highlight this and I was pretty keen on emails from here out until I got a reply telling me my order was due for delivery , with an ambiguous “early next week”

I was still feeling doubtful. Especially as I had read these negative reviews.

However, I can rejoice that the pole system arrived!
We’ve just put it up on the wall and are thrilled with the product.

It’s a shame regarding the reviews, as I’m sure this will cloud some decisions to use this company, and induce some anxiety, like it did with me!

I’ve left 4 stars as maybe there needs to be an adjustment with the order confirmation emails process.
However, I am a happy customer.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by this company. After purchasing key clamp fittings, pipe, and castors for a mobile kitchen worktop, I encountered an issue with one of the castors. Very poor quality

Reluctantly went for this because the fittings were slightly cheaper, but that soon bit me in the bum when i paid £12 for next day delivery and waited over 7 days for it to be delivered.. and you guessed it they forgot a few items, so that job your thinking of doing? Pay a little extra and go somewhere else people

Terrible company, ordered items that never got sent, no reply to emails, spend hours on the phone trying to resolve.

Don't waste your time and frustration.
