Every order ive placed has never been on time I pay for the shipping 2-3 days it says so if I order on a Monday lets say for argument's sake they don't process it until Tuesday that means by Friday I should have it but nope! sometimes its been a week late other times worse!! please sort your picking and delivery out! there's companies out there that offer free delivery quicker than this! I do however always get my products so that's a good thing but if you need them on time I suggest finding another supplier. I've learnt to order before I'm going to need the items

Paid for 2-3 delivery. Phoned them up on day 4 to be told they are just estimated delivery timescales and item will be with me some time early next week. Tracking shows courier still does not have parcel. Won't cancel order, won't refund.

Utter rip off. Avoid.

rubbish customer services need to learn there job should have had delivery on 12/12/23 throw fedex never showed up so called on 14-15 and was told replacements would be sent right out as needed items for certain date was told by 3 women in total they would make sure i had some by the date by sending replacements well not one kept there word and no more sent so on 19th called to tell them to refund me as no longer any use to me and was told by some bloke total moron that they would need to claim first from fedex i told him that is there problem not mine so he then told me if it turned up i would have to pay return and restocking fee as the pipe was cut to size he is another one that needs to learn the law if sizes stated are sizes brought they are not cut to size and he would have to arrange with fedex to pick up if ever turned up just one excuse after another so told him that is fine tracking shows not delivered will go to paypal for refund as they have to stick by there rules not make up there own and was refund a week later with pipe dreams not even replying to the case

You always think it won’t happen to you, and then it does. In my 20+ years of online shopping, I have never experienced a transaction that was as stressful nor egregiously difficult in all aspects than this one. Order took 3.5 wks to arrive. Item was a much larger version than the listing, approximately 2.5x greater in various dimensions of the piece – a floor towel rail rather than a tabletop hand-towel rail as depicted in listing photos. Seller refused to rectify his error to provide return shipping for either a return or an exchange for the correct item. Insisted that I pay for any shipping costs for HIS FAULTY ORDER. Buyer, beware – do research, read reviews, note “red flags” and understand the risks with your own online purchase.

Quick to reply when I asked for a quote and they wanted my money, but over a month later I’m yet to receive a reply from the after-sales team about being overcharged. Shame because the product arrived promptly and is great quality.

I bought two adaptors for my pipes and unfortunately they were not right for fitting my new taps. When asked to return them I was made aware that 25% of restocking charges were going to be applied to my refund. It is written in their terms and conditions , but I believe that it’s slightly unfair. Please check terms and conditions before buying here.

I ordered 300 quid worth of fittings and pipes for a project and whilst the pipes arrived next day as ordered, all fittings were missing.

The driver saw the label that said 4 packages with only 3 delivered said 'sorry, only got 3'.

I then talked to FedEx who told me piece number 4 only has the label created but was not shipped yet.

Brian on chat told me that the items will still go out same day and will be with me a day later (so obviously not next day anymore).

Sales then told me via email (a James Boran) that the package 'was split on the way' but will be with me the same day.

In the evening I then jumped on chat with them again and the same Brian told me they were waiting for the wheels I ordered but wonders if the parcel wasn't scanned / lost because they are shipping a lot.

So from this point on it was clear to me that a. the story doesn't line up (waiting for parts vs. split by the courier) and b. that the parts will be too late for the project as it is unlikely I will get them even within 48hrs of ordering.

I now made another order from a different company and hope that stuff arrives before the weekend so I don't look like an idiot and won't be able to deliver said project.

So their support does communicate - unlike some customers said here on the page but like I say - stories don't line up and I am still no closer to a solution. Having said that - the phone number seems just a cosmetic addition to the website as no one ever picks up.

"Brian" from the chat was trying to call FedEx apparently but he hasn't responded to me until after hours now so I am sure he won't / left for the day by now.

Cannot really recommend Pipe Dream Fittings - but kudos to them - the company name "Pipe Dream" is certainly 'fitting'.

I will wait a few days now and see if they are able to fix the issue and go from there.

Edit: Order number 106945 ... but this was two months ago - there's nothing to fix now. I eventually received the order even though some parts were wrong but no need to dig through that now as the project has completed with help from another supplier.

One star is the lowest I could go. Where to begin. I order some parts that came no issues and then the problems began.

The longest pole I ordered, 3 metres long, was bent and out of shape, the rest rusted inside. I contacted the company about a return and was told I could return at my cost. No issues. From here what I discovered is that no delivery company would collect and return the long pole, so I contacted pipe dream fittings about the issue on multiple occasions. To basically be told that there was nothing they could do and it was my issue. I informed the picking the return was physically impossible. They said they said would speak to the board and get back to me. Then never did. Follow up emails went unanswered.

Eventually I managed to return the item, follow by the company policy. I have had no contact even after returning the items. So I have bought the items, paid for the return and the tracking shows returned and yet nothing.

So essentially I have paid for nothing and the company have all their product back. Scammed

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE-
M boyfriend Ordered some pipes for a piece of furniture, 1 arrived bent. As it was over 2 metres long I could not get a courier to take it back!
The smaller ones were the wrong size so I wanted to send them back, they said I could not do that! They'd not reimburse for the bent pipe, as I couldn't get it to them!
Tried calling, emailing numerous times. No answer or reply.
Eventually found someone to take the pipe back, no acknowledgement of receipt of the pipe, no refund.
So basically have lost £280.
Absolutely diabolical customer service, Infact non existent customer service is more accurate.
Absolutely disgusting in this climate, taking people's money like this!!! DISGUSTING

Where do I start. Been told I can’t swear on here so I’ll try, please take note I’m 100% genuine person, but pipedreams are 100% cowboys. Long story short read there 30 page policy before ordering. We spent £300 on pipes with next day delivery which was 9 days later apparently not there fault parts were missing again not there fault when order came and wrong size it was at my expense to return so cost me another £115 to return asked for £300 money back no it’s there policy to keep 25% of value back so now I’ve paid £415 for wrong items they sent and got back £173 so please rethink before using this company. They can’t be in business for long treating people how they do. I’ll be post on every site they advertise on.

What can I say about Pipe Dream Fittings?
Looking at their ratings, it seems they are great, or awful. But which do you get, we cannot tell.
I ordered something I thought would be straightforward - 1x 5m galvanised conduit pipe, plus 2 fixings. Nothing to that, just pull them out of stock, put them on a truck, with an address and hey presto, it arrives 2-3 days later. Mmmmm, should have known.
Ordered online on Monday 7th, got a call Wednesday 9th from them saying their delivery people have gone bust, they need to use a different delivery company, there’s a surcharge of £35. Not impressed but paid it an hour later. “It will be delivered tomorrow, won’t it?”, “Yes should be.”
Can you guess?
It wasn’t delivered Thursday, or Friday either. Friday, I made two calls to find out when it will be delivered. “Its going out this pm. It will be delivered Monday.”
How long does it take to pull a pipe out of storage?
It wasn’t delivered, in case you couldn’t guess.
I call again, 3 times on Wednesday, each time, like on the Friday, I’m promised a return call. They didn’t do that either. But I got the number for the delivery company – DX. Called them. They were expecting it, but not arrived with them.

Finally, on the 21st, yes a full 2 weeks without being able to find a pipe, and put it on a truck, I’ve had no delivery and I’m told by the body on the phone that “there seems to be an issue, with this order.”
Wow! After 2 weeks, multiple phone calls and the penny has finally dropped.
I cancel the order, and as advised by trading standards, set them a deadline to refund, and follow it up with an email, with read receipt turned on. I’m told it will be delivered tomorrow. Yes yes yes, and I’m the Pope.
Blow me down with a feather, they did deliver it then next day! To the wrong address, though, not the delivery address, but the order address!
Oh and the order was for 3/4inch, conduit, 19mm in metric. Was that what was delivered?
No of course not! They delivered 30mm!
So, to sum up. It took them 2 weeks to realise there was an issue with an order, then deliver the wrong pole, to the wrong address!
When we called again to report the issue and say a refund was still expected, and they can collect the pipe, Beth, who was the best of them on the phone, organised a full refund, which paid straight away, and we can keep the pole, as the couriers don’t collect.
So, if this sounds like the kind of experience that you want, when ordering your pipedream from these people, then order away.

After several emails, they replied that everything was under control, which was not the case.
I decided to cancel the purchase and asked for my money back
again a lot of time has passed when they wrote back that they would not refund for shipping.
it is against the law. Thanks to the fact that I paid via Pay Pal, I was able to get the whole thing back.

Avoid these amateur clowns. I paid £7 for 3 days tracked delivery and no tracking number provided. The order never came so after several emails and calls I was told that it was stuck at a delivery depo by which point I got the parts from elsewhere so was assured that they would send me a refund and request for the parcel to be returned back to them. I had no refund and parcel arrived at my address 7 days later in a beaten old box absolutely covered in parcel tape looking very unprofessional. Customer servis is shocking and refused any responsibility. They asked me to return the order at my own experience.

This company cant improve,they have deliberatley supplied sub standard threaded fitting exactly the same as mensioned in other reviews.
Do not use this company they will not make any refunds even when they know they are supplying extremely sub standard pipe fittings.
Have given up trying to get a refund and very dissapointed and should have read the other reviews before parting with my hard earned money.

I purchased some pipe fittings but they never sent me my items although emailing them on numerous occasions they declined to answer any of my enquires asking why my order had not been supplied and no refund of my money has been received.
I reported this business to Trading Standards for failing to supply purchased goods and apparently they have received a large number of complaints for financial malpractice and dire customer service.
Please be warned that if you are contemplating purchasing pipes or fittings to avoid this company as you run substantial risk of losing your money and time in attempting to sort the issue out afterwards and stick with Amazon or Ebay where you enjoy protection from untrustworthy suppliers.

I ordered some pipes from Pipe Dream Fittings but when they arrived they were unusable!
The threads had been cut so badly that they wouldn’t screw into the opposing fittings, I contacted the company and sent them pictures and they agreed that they were in their words Not up to standard, and they would send me replacements.
When the replacements arrived they were just as bad!
So I asked for a refund as they were unusable, I was told to return all the pipes and they would refund me.
I did but received no refund.
I emailed again and again and got no reply.
Luckily I paid for the pipes via PayPal and after opening a case with PayPal they got me my money back.

Terrible products,
