Yousef was outstanding, and professional

Overall pleased with application experience with assistance of our broker. I did try yesterday evening to contact Pivot through email provided to add apartment number to address, and to also ask a question. No response yet. Tried to call today but automated message said in a meeting till certain time this afternoon, so will try again later. Second phone number tried listed on member ID care as "member helpline" went through to live person, but were not even familiar with Pivot, so that was confusing.

The agent was knowledgeable and asked me all right questions and gave me her recommendations. After careful consideration, I decided to go with her advice and picked a better plan.

Perfect plan with outstanding service!

We are in need of short term medical insurance and the plan provided for by Pivot is perfect for our family. The website was easy to navigate and the real, live customer service was outstanding!

For some reason, my application would not go through on Friday. My agent also tried to submit it and had the same difficulty. The pop up was not informative nor does it direct you to what needs to be fixed. On Monday, my agent was able to submit it.

The representative was a great help. She explained everything clearly and made it easy for me to understand the coverage. She was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate her assistance.

Worthless insurance and a COMPLETE waste of money

Didn’t give me option to choose start date or show start date before purchasing. Now I’ve got to call on Monday because they are not opened on Saturday. Didn’t give me option to pay in full. Existing customer website when logged in doesn’t give option to renew.

The application process was quick and straightforward.

Nothing was true that I was told to me regarding coverage.

I had to change health insurance due to increasing costs.
This company and plan was almost half of what I was paying.

Calling and talking to someone? Waited for a call back for a question I had about a new policy. My phone changed and they hung up? Wait tines are like 30 plus minutes? Why did the rep hang up and not call back? Not impressed so far. Ive had this policy for a few hours.

The customer service was perfect Cameron and Max is the best to deal with.
