Hello, We are sorry to hear you had this experience. When you enrolled you should have received a Welcome Email and Temporary Password Email to access the Member Portal. The Member Portal is available to access your policy documents and ID card. Your ID card will include the customer service phone number (844)630-7500 on the back of the ID card. If you did not receive the emails to access your Member Portal. Please let us know and Pivot will have them regenerated.
