My last application in 2025, the certificate came immediately. This time i am waiting with instructions I cannot fully follow

“Absolutely best online experience EVER…for getting my grandson’s health insurance thru Pivot Health. It was a last minute effort to “beat a football deadline” so he could play in his first 9th grade game scheduled for tomorrow. Forms were completed and put on website for access. Electronic access/phone conversation with G. Sones was a breeze. She was so helpful/patient and walked us through the online process. We are forever grateful to you…and we can never thank you enough! I needed coverage fast in order to attend my nursing program. Pivot came through for me and delivered on that.

Pivot Health portal is easy to navigate and ubderstand. The customer service is always easily accessible too.

The wait time to speak to someone is ridiculously long. I called twice waited forever for both and didn’t even get to speak to a representative the second time.

Signing up was very simple and the people on the phone were very helpful.

I am so glad I bumped into this because my agent helped me get a good plan and had a lot of patience am I so happy with my service

There was a problem getting into the portal and they told my doctor’s office my insurance was not activated. So I had to reschedule but my agent assures me it was a glitch of some sort and that I am insured. It took a very long time and 4 representatives before I gave up and let my agent handle it.
