Great service

Great service, I could of got the parts elsewhere but I couldn't of got the help and advise offered for the parts i need replacing. really helpful and will defo use PluminBits again

Helpful and efficient

I needed a small part, found it on the website, then I made a phone call to check a detail. The part was sent by tracked delivery and arrived in N.Ireland very quickly. Altogether staff were very helpful and efficient. First class.

Quick response to rectify a maili

The item ordered has not yet been delivered. I have not been able to track this despite several attempts.
This is most frustrating.

Company has responded immediately identifying that item seems to be lost in the mailing system ( tracking has not been updated since company mailed the item last Thursday). PIB are sending a new item and this is much appreciated. Hopefully next time I update this review it will have arrived safely and I can award 5 stars for the response to the issue. Seems PIB let down by R mail on this occasion.

I was pleased to receive the part today - looks like it may be the original ( located finally by Royal Mail). Will return the ‘replacement’ if it subsequently arrives.
I would use Company again and appreciate their willingness to help

Hi Peter,

Sorry that your parcel has been delayed. It looks like it's "lost" in the Royal Mail system as the tracking info has not been updated since last Thursday.

We will send you out a replacement and include a pre-paid returns label when the other product appears (alternatively you can refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us).
