Using Plumbs was the right decision
I purchased several different services from Plumbs: from a kitchen roller blind, window seat cushion, to reupholstering a sofa, armchair and stool. All of this was booked on one home visit. Booking clearly discussed with agent who took accurate measurements, had a wide range of fabrics and was able to advise on the most practical for my purposes. Timescales made very clear (took about 3 months for everything to be completed). Very friendly and professional service from all involved. I can't fault the quality of the end products and I am very pleased I used Plumbs.

Update : apparently they have some IT issues but hope to have an update at end of week.

We completely understand your frustration, particularly after making prompt payment and then being left waiting for a fitting appointment. We’re also sorry that you’ve had difficulty getting a clear update from us. While we have experienced some IT issues, we appreciate that this should not have affected the level of communication and service you expected.

Final product good , however explored other alternatives with local connection to find significant lower prices.
Plumbs since new management appear not have the ownership of the business.

Great service
From first contact customer service was great . Consultant Anita rang, arranged a visit to discuss my options and requirements and arranged for samples to be sent. Once I had chosen Anita returned , took numerous measurements and returned just a few weeks later to fit the loose covers . I'm absolutely delighted with the results and very impressed with service all throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Plumbs
