EDIT: I originally left a 1-star review after a mistake on my order, but I want to correct that because the service I’ve received since has been exceptional. Plum Play's customer support team has gone above and beyond to put things right. I spoke with Kaya, who was nothing short of proactive, friendly and amazing! She picked up my enquiry straight away, reassured me, and is now actively working to try and get my parcel diverted before delivery. She has shown patience, kindness and a genuine willingness to help, which has completely changed my experience.

What really matters is how a company responds after any small issue. In this case, the response was brilliant. A huge thank you to Kaya and the team – fantastic customer service and a company that truly cares about its customers.

My email query was answered quickly and Kaya was helpful. I was pleased to find out that the company are able to supply spare parts for their kitchens as accidents do happen! The whole experience from my query to purchasing the spare part was smooth and efficient.

Most companies manage OK when things go well but it is how they deal with customers who mess up their order that makes a difference! I spoke to Kayla in customer service who was very friendly and helpful, resolving the issue whilst I was on the phone. The order was changed and the correct item has now arrived. The trike is great and being thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks!

I needed a replacement bucket for our outdoor play area and I sent a request and within 24 hours it had been resolved with prompt responses and I now has a very happy little guy as he can play with his bucket!

I made an error with an order and phoned customer services which was easy to find and get through, I spoke to Ann who immediately said she could help with my mistake and would even email me to confirm, which she did. Very quick efficient customer service and Ann was lovely too.

Kaya - was very helpful about replacement parts. I love a company that can help with replacements and complaints as it’s shows their true customer service levels.

Brilliant customer service

We had a problem with a component when assembling an Explorer 4 in 1 trike. Plum were contacted and after a few EMails and a photo of the component in question, a replacement component was shipped straight away.

Negative: one of the swing legs arrived damaged.
Positives: Plum responded immediately and sent us a replacement without any fuss (unlike other suppliers of their equipment)

Climbing frame good quality. Customer service very easy to deal with had damage part and replaced part was sent out and deliver the next day , thanks

Pros:
The swing itself is lovely and sturdy. Haven't used the longer legs yet but looks very simple. The baby seat has a good back and the ropes attaching it to the frame are strong. My daughter absolutelt loves it!

Cons:
The straps are flimsy - the poppers that hold them in place are weak, and the ones on the bottom strap broke as I was sitting my daughter up a bit. I had to attach a makeshift anchor and sew it to keep it in place! One of the two poppers on one of the shoulder straps has also broken. We are going to have to buy new, sturdier straps. The straps are not very adjustable either, so it is hard to tighten them sufficiently. A solid part for between the legs would be much safer.
The seat came pre-assembled, meaning all the rope knots were in place. The knots have been tied below the "table" and it keeps lifting up. It would hold in place so much better if the ropes were above it.

I am mostly pleased as my daughter does really love it, but there are a few safety issues and design flaws that should be addressed.

I needed a replacement slide for the Plum Discovery Woodland Treehouse so filled in the 'contact us' form on-line explaining my query. Within a few hours I had received a response from Zoe at Plum Play sending me a direct link to the part I needed that fitted the play equipment we had. Excellent service!

I am absolutely happy with my experience ordering from this shop. I was in a rush to find a spare wheel for my daughter's scooter. Their response was fast and accurate despite the small size of an order. Fantastic service! I highly recommend Plum Play.
