Delivery times could be improved, it seems to take longer than most all other vendors (international or domestic) I typically use.

Life saving helmets !
I have had POC helmets for years and always loved them. Super comfy and I assumed super safe. I was right! On a recent trip to the Alps with my MTB I had a big crash and landed on heavily on the side of my head. The helmet was totaled, peak snapped in half and large dent on the temple area. Amazingly though , no ill effects to me , felt fine other than the aches in the rest of my body. The helmet and MIPS doing the job, without such an amazing helmet , the outcome would have been very different. The POC help didn't end there , after emailing a picture of tge helmet and the story they responded withing 24hours and offered a really good discount as a crash replacement on a new helmet, ordered a new one and it arrived within a few days - back on the trails ! Thank you POC !

First rate products
First rate products, quick delivery and excellent customer service. I placed two orders for ski wear to be shipped to Australia for a last minute holiday. The packages arrived promptly and on time. One of my orders included normal and wide fit googles so I could choose the more comfortable and return the other. Eva @ POC customer support was responsive, helpful and efficient in assisting with the return.

I ordered a visor for my helmet and…
I ordered a visor for my helmet and according to your website the order did not go through. I tried again and same result. Finally I did again and it went through. I then received confirmation that I placed three orders for the same thing and was told they could not be cancelled. So I had to pay for all three, get them, and then send back. I am now waiting for my refund.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when a replacement part isn’t available, especially when you’re hoping to get your helmet back in use as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a replacement headset at the time because the requested part had already been discontinued. We also noted that the helmet was purchased around four years ago, which means it falls outside of our warranty period.
That said, we wanted to support you as best as possible, which is why we were happy to offer a 35% discount code as a gesture of goodwill — allowing you to order either a replacement helmet or the updated headset once available again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and received an order confirmation stating that I would receive a tracking number shortly afterwards.
After a week with no tracking information, I checked the website, which stated that POC members' orders should arrive within 2–5 working days. I contacted customer support and was told that an inventory count had delayed order processing, with orders only starting to be packed from today onwards. No apology was offered.
The issue wasn't the delay itself. I would have been happy to wait if it had been communicated. The problem was that no mention of the delay was included in the order confirmation or sent afterwards. Customer support repeatedly claimed the information had been on the website, but I had checked the relevant pages multiple times while comparing models and saw no such notice.
When I tried to cancel the order, POC would not allow me to do so.
Even with a substantial employee discount, this experience has put me off the brand. I had planned to upgrade my helmet and buy other kit from POC this summer, but I'll be spending that money elsewhere. Having since read the Trustpilot reviews, it appears that poor customer service is a recurring complaint. A good reminder to always read TrustPilot reviews beforehand.

POC bib manufacturing flaws / Low durability products
I purchased an expensive POC bib and was initially very happy with the product. However, after limited use the fabric failed along the seam, despite there being no other visible signs of wear or damage. I contacted customer service regarding what I consider a manufacturing defect, but my claim was rejected because I no longer had the original receipt.
I understand warranty policies, but I am disappointed both by the product quality and the customer service experience. For a premium-priced product and brand, I expected better durability and more customer-focused support.
***UPDATE***
After this review, POC came in contact and offered an appropriate solution. Thank you and fingers crossed that it lasts longer.
