The shirts we bought were poor quality, no labeling for care/washing.
Promise of free returns is not honored, emailed back ‘do not return items’ offered a paltry amount of money and never sent a thing back

I wouldn't even give these "cheats" 1 star but that is the way it is. The 250th America Hat is NOTHING LIKE the hat in the advertisement!

I ordered 3 hats on 9/6. This is 9/20 and they’re still not here. They said it would be 7 days. Disappointed

Ordered the United States 250th bell ornament. The craftsmanship Stinks and I'm not getting any satisfaction from the service department. I'll never trust buying anything from this company!

Add me to the list of disappointed and cheated customers. I ordered 2 of the halloween countdown box. Figures were said to be 2 1/2 to 3 inches; they are barely 1 inch. The picture in ad showed adorably expressive Halloween figures; they barely have faces. The box where they stay (one door is opened each day) is also much smaller than stated. It is cheaply made and I would never have purchased at the listed price (or any price).

I ordered and received the U.S. 250 anniversary Xmas ornament and the quality of the ornament was very poor and not representative of that depicted in the shop picture. I would not order anything from them including the baseball caps for the 250 anniversary based on comments for this same company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! OR ANY COMPANY SELLING THESE WEARS. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET CHEAPEST JUNK I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. PLEASE PASS THE WORD TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. AND BEWARE THEY KEEP CHANGING THE NAME OF THERE COMPANY JUST BY THE LOOK OF THE PRODUCTS YOU CAN TELL WHO THEY ARE NO MATTER WHAT THEY CALL THEMSELFS . EVERY TIME THEY CHANGE THERE COMPANY NAME I WILL BE CALLING THE C.C. COMPANY'S AND PAY PAL AND WARNING THEM NOT TO ALLOW THERE CUSTOMERS TO BUY FROM THEM. AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THEM LIKE ME I WISH YOU WOULD DO THE SAME THEY NEED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSSINESS FOR THE GOOD OF ALL AMERICANS.

Ordered a 250 US Army Anniversary hat in August. Arrived today 9/10. Nothing like the hat shown on the website! Not embroidered but printed logos on cheap polyester material. A total scam. May try a return but it doesn't seem worth the effort.

Ordered a hat over a week ago. Have heard nothing. Cannot track order if it even exists. Sent an email no reply. Called my credit card company and the charges went to Hong Kong. Canceled credit card used because afraid number will be used elsewhere. Do not order believe this is a scam.

DO NOT BUY!! Avoid his company. Ordered 100% cotton shirts, received 100% polyester- awful cheap shirts - wouldn’t accept they were at fault. would only offer a partial refund and said we had to cover the cost of postage which they said would cost $20 - total rip off company - DO NOT BUY from them!!!

Quality is terrible. When I tried to get a refund they never responded after multiple attempts.

I ordered a cap for the 250th Anniversary of the US of A back on 24 August and as of 5 Sept 2025 nothing has been received after paying over $35.00

I've tried to unsubscribe but their link doesn't work. I contacted them directly and they tell me they can't (won't) stop the emails. I blocked them and they send more emails using alternate addresses.

This is a Chinese company trying to take advantage of the US market and collecting personal information.

Can't sue them because they're in China.

Beware of any online store that is offering a deep discount on their products, especially the ones that say they are artisans retiring and closing their business. They tout everything from jewelry to clothing and accessories, but they’re all scam China companies. Be especially wary of those that offer a multi-purchase discount. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

HORRIBLE!! total false advertising on their website - bought a dress advertised 100% cotton with side pockets - got an ugly baggy 100% polyester dress with no pockets, with different colors than their picture - they advertise free return and refund guarantee - when I emailed them to return the item and get a refund, they said I did not have a compelling reason - when I complained they begged me to accept only half of the refund (and keep the item) because they only make meager profits! What a grand scam!!

Shocking. Do not use this company. What you receive is not what you have viewed on the website. The fabrics are not cotton as stated rather synthetic. Customer service is shocking. You will lose your money, they should not be allowed to trade.

Order a Navy Hat, when it arrived it looked nothing like the one on the website. A total rip off. The hat I received was made of a very low class material. I would never use this company again. I'm be very generous calling this a company.

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in their advertising. When it arrived it was just plain ugly and nothing like the photo. I attempted to return it and was offered a 20% coupon on my next order. So I spent $41.00 and was offered $8.00 only if I make another purchase. Total scam.

Never purchase from this company! Placed my order on 7-23-25, I have yet to receive my order. Order number is 5354, tracking # is 4PX3001902086243CN. It was stated that my order was delivered to my address but I have not received my order. Horrible ability to communicate with this company. Being that they are based in China I believe it is a scam and they just basically take your money. I will contact my CC company to dispute the charge.

Couldn't track delivery. It took over three weeks when it finally arrived.
Wrong colour, wasn't cotton as detailed.
Tried the 24/7 customer service, It doesn't exist.

Where and how to return the items???
don't order from them. Too bad the designs look great, but not as stated.
