I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Ordered 2 shirts as they looked pretty good. Took 4 weeks to arrive and when they did they were not sized correctly and were of poor quality, No problem I thought, "30 day satisfaction degree with money back" Today is the 4th day in a row that I have emailed them asking how to return, still nothing. DO NOT USE this company

3 items ordered, one was wrong, one was very badly sized. This Company tried to offer half money back for the badly sized item. They didn’t want to return it and agreed to pay $34 refund. no refund has ever been paid and they no longer answer emails. Very poor seller and dishonest. I would not recommend as their policies, quality of goods and more importantly their honesty is sadly lacking.

I ordered 2 shirts my mom wanted for her birthday. It took over two weeks for delivery, They looked nothing like the images on the website, they are way too small, and the material is cheap and thin.
I contacted them about a refund. The site says they have free refunds within 30 days. They first offered 25% of my money back. They will not pay for return shipping, so the final offer will only be half of what I paid. I still have not received a refund.

The advertising is very enticing. Then it all goes badly wrong . They don’t tell you when they will deliver . In my case they used Relay in the Uk for local delivery .. that was a disaster as no one came to deliver the parcel but claimed delivery was unsuccessful

Nothing like the cotton look shirt shown in the photos. More like a women’s blouse and horrible material. Typical China normally 2 xl and otdred 4 xl absolutely useless don’t touch these lot. Scam.

Do not use this company. Ordered 2 shirts. Took 3 weeks to arrive, which is down, but did not fit. Attempted to return for correct size but even though website clearly states FREE RETURNS that was not the case. Offered 25% refund! Say what? And then when I responded saying I just wanted to return them for correct size they said it would be $20 fee. What?! Crazy. I’ll never shop there again. Clothes cheap too. Better off ordering from a mainstream or reputable company, or just going down the street to the mall or Kohls.

Their product was cheap & very different from what was pic. Ordered the painted mug & even though reviews weren’t good for the company, there was a 90 day no hassle return window - what I received was nothing like the picture so contacted the company for a return. Original cost was $29.99 with $9.90 shipping. Company offered a $9.22 refund (& could keep the mug). Referred them to their return policy so they offered either a $14.75 refund (& keep the mug) or a full refund but would need to pay $20 in shipping. Told them I still wanted a full refund & free return shipping per their policy. They refused & made a final offer of a $18.44 refund (& keep the mug) or a full refund with $20 return shipping & no refund for 30 days until they received the item back. Accepted the $18.44 & received the refund in 3 days.

Dreadful company, product took 3 weeks to arrive from China. The 2 mens shirts did not resemble the online photos, material was different, colours different and sleeves differed. When return requested it was not free as the website stated and costs $20 to send back to China. Do not use this company.
