Just took out life insurance with polly! Great customer service from James green thoroughly explained each policy and option to myself! Very helpful!

Really easy to setup! All very clear and quick easy questions to answer, different options given on monthly payment amounts, a lovely call handler and was setup really easily.

Dexter was absolutely amazing! No question I was asked too silly, especially when it came to thinking about my children and if they were to fall ill and me being able to take time off work if needed, and how we’d manage that as a family financially.
He explained everything very clearly and worked within the monthly budget I wanted.
Truly fantastic! Will stay with Polly for the foreseeable!

Lewis was absolutely incredible, he was very friendly and informative, he gave me my options and helped me arrange the best cover for my situation. Lewis is a credit, and I dont think i have ever received customer service like it, thank you so much for all your help!

Emily was an extremely friendly, knowledgable and patient advisor. She was great at communicating, simplified all of coverage, and was empathic when going through health questionnaire. Due to having a young child, Emily had to complete all the questionnaires on different days, she would always check in and ensure the time and date was suitable and was very patient!

Such an amazing experience setting up my life cover! Jake Phillips explained everything in so much detail, he was so transparent and so clear about what I was agreeing to. He had amazing customer service and such a good, calming presence.. in the past when I’ve discussed policies with other companies they use so much jargon and then you agree to things without the clarity.. Not with Jake though, I’ve walked away feeling like a weight has been lifted!! Thank you so much!! Give him a raise!!!!!!

Had a chat with Scott Williams after making an enquiry via an advert, was my first time looking into life insurance.
