Thomas Way is who I spoke to an I am honestly amazed at his customer service he managed to get me a good deal and made it feel personal yet still professional I feel like I am in really safe hands with polly and he made sure my family will be protected of anything bad happens i have an an amazing experience and glad that I was taken such good care of an never once felt pushed into anything , grateful for the good experience thank you again Molly!

Don’t use endearments if you do not know me
Can’t comment on the insurance itself, but I have looked into Polly life insurance previously, so obviously have then had multiple calls asking if I was still interested. I get this - they’re doing their job. What I am annoyed about is the male on the phone, presumably trying to be ‘friendly’ calling me by endearments such as ‘lovey’. I am a 41 year old consultant surgeon and mother; I can forgive a patient in their 80s calling me a nurse or an endearment of some sort, however I do not think it is appropriate for a male talking to a female they do not know. I have already gone somewhere else for insurance, but this would have definitely put me off.

Needed to get some life insurance in place so went through Polly got a call straight away from a lovely man called Jake p. Who went through everything very thoroughly to make sure I was getting the best cover in place for me and my family! Couldn’t recommend enough

James managed to sort my life insurance…
James managed to sort my life insurance out in one call. I had previously tried to get life insurance with another provider and the process was long complicated and eventually fell through. Glad that I gave Polly a go after being disappointed elsewhere and James was definitely a huge part of that. I can now have peace of mind my family will be okay if the worst were to happen to me.

After a recently family bereavement I wanted to make sure my life insurance policy was the best it could be for my family. I got in touch with Polly so I could compare my current life insurance policy with their policies.

Finally decided to get life insurance…
Finally decided to get life insurance after the birth of my first baby.
The Polly website was easy to navigate and I really like their app. It makes everything simple and understandable.
