Let’s talk about the bad thing for a moment. Hmm, yes we know – dying’s not our favourite topic of conversation either. But sadly, death is a fact of life and comes to us all at some point. I wouldn't use anyone else
I used Polly back when they were insurance brokers; today I discovered they are now insurance providers, so I switched over for all the additional benefits. Not going to lie, it was a looooong phonecall, but the person I spoke with made a chore into a pain-free, pleasant experience. To any Polly managers reading this: Lewis Routley deserves a raise!
All jokes aside, I've always had a nice feeling about them as a company. Everyone I've spoken to have been cheerful, helpful, not at all pushy, and have understood what I need. Better still, they're based in the UK, so no annoying call centres.
I recommend them to anyone who will listen :)

I rang today to take life insurance out for my family to makes sure I get the best cover possible I spoken to Kai at Tom/polly team and he made sure i got the best cover i needed for me and my family to be comfortable if i ever needed to be covered, the customer service i recieved was excellent 10/10
