We have not put the bench together yet, but it was exactly as promised.

The bench we ordered for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary turned out to be the best gift! The personalized message on the front is priceless - mom and dad placed it on their porch and sat on it often while watching the sun set to the west. Little did we know that our father would suddenly lose his battle with a very slow growing cancer within the year. Now it’s a memorial to our loving father and a place that our mother cherishes daily. Thank you! Solid quality product and excellent customer service!!

Very happy with Polly Products. Our park district bought 3 tables and one was broken due to what I suspect was misuse by kids but Polly Products replaced and sent the replacement parts free of charge as promised! I love good customer service and consequently recommended PP to a friend who bought 2 more tables...........

We ordered a Buddy Bench for our school’s playground! It looks exactly like what we ordered! It is sturdy, all the words are exactly what and where we wanted them, easy to clean, and will hold up forever! AMAZING! The process of ordering all the way to delivery was so quick and easy! Their customer service was so nice! They are a wonderful company! We highly recommend this company!

Our Boys & girls Club purchased 2 memorial benches to be placed outside in our play area.
We left them in our main lobby for the winter and they were so popular inside we are going to get 2 more for outside.

We really love our Polly Product planter beds, benches, and picnic table. Our agency serves victims of crime, homeless youth, and youth who have experienced a great deal of trauma. The items from Polly Product helped us create healing garden and gathering spaces on our campus. And customer service was fantastic!

These products are AMAZING. Very durable, Our picnic table comfortable to sit on, no splinters, not too hot in the sun. Customer service is great, we had a leg crack about 10 years after we bought our table, they had us remove it and send it back, they replaced it at no cost to us, even though the design had changed and they had to do a custom recreation. Very satisfied.

Everything was delivered on time as promised. The quality was excellent and they made sure it got into the system so that it would be done on time. I have never been more pleased than I was with the transaction.

My son needed some help to complete his Eagle Scout Project and Polly Products made a significant donation of a bat box. He hung 6 wooden boxes that he and scouts made and the large one from Polly Products at Blanchard Springs Caverns in Arkansas. The bat box that they donated was of stellar quality and the Park Rangers were excited to hang this one up front. Thank you for your help!!

I love our bench!! But when we first looked at it thought it might be a challenge for an older lady to put together but went together fairly easy with the right tools!!
