I never received my purchase. I ordered it on 11/19/2020 and tried contacting someone about shipment and delivery updates. I still to this day have not received my package nor have I heard back from anyone from this company. At first I was excited about these products and supporting a Polynesian company. But now I know never to buy from here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

The quality was horrible! If I’m going to be paying 60 something dollars it better be super comfortable. I just feel like it was cheaply made.

Your products were great and were as promised.

My only complaint was your too frequent emails which have ultimately caused me to immediately trash them rather than review them. I have to do this what with all the others commercial and political emails I get everyday. You are only exceeded by Touch of Modern which I will have to block or unsubscribe for that reason.

I was so disappointed and embarrassed when I opened the package. The quality of the materials used for the items I purchased were extremely bad, especially for the price. The hoodie and bedding comfort were each over $100 a piece and the material was thin, see through, and poorly made. When I asked to receive a return ticket for a full refund, I was told that I would have to cover the shipping cost, which totaled over $150 to send all the way to Vietnam. So I was losing money instead of really getting any refund at all. I will NEVER purchase from this site again.

Pretty slow delivery, but likely due to global nature.. communication was sparce, and i didnt really know the itemmwas shipped.. never got tracking number.
Souls of the shoes failed in the first week with only verylight walking. Very sad. Considering they cost nearly $100. USD, these shoes are a huge disappointment in quality of the materials used. If yer gonna sell a shoe, at least put a sole on ot that doesnt fail immediately with no out of the norm walking wear.

The product is great and delivery time is on point however there were mistakes in the order that had to be rectified twice!!
I thought the pricing could be better as it’s not cheap to buy. The designs are unique however it’s not worth what they charge.
Their sizing chart online is a must if you wanna know how big each shirt is and definitely helped me.
Customer service were always immediate and prompt and were alright to deal with.
My final say would be if you have the money then yeah I guess you’ll be satisfied - keep in mind I’ve only had my products (shirts and hoodies and cushions) for only a short time and don’t know what they’ll look like after a wash.
I almost forgot but when I ordered the custom cushions I thought I was getting the whole cushion and cover but to my dismay it was only the cover!! I spent almost $70 for a cushion cover! I wish they were more clear about this.
I give these guys a 3.5 out of 5.

I found the delivery to NZ quite good. I can't give an opinion on the product as of yet because I brought it as a xmas present but I'm sure it will be fine. Look forward to purchasing more from your website.

I am greatly satisfy, the things i buy are just beautifull and they feats me perfectly.
The only inconvénient for me is the price.. It is really expensive i think.
And when a price appear, it change when you clik on the article it is a little much higher.
