Très mauvaise expérience avec Porsay ! J’ai payé ma commande de 850 DH ainsi que les frais de livraison, et je me retrouve avec 879 DH de frais de douane supplémentaires ! Un montant exorbitant, presque supérieur au prix de ma commande. Manque de transparence sur les frais et expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas Porsay !

Ordered perfume to my Porsay address. Porsay shipped with Colissimo, which handed off to Fedex for US delivery. Colissimo selected a Fedex shipping method that does not accept perfume, and therefore the package was returned to Porsay. I correctly and properly identified the item as perfume in Porsay's declaration.

I tracked the package via Colissimo/Fedex and pointed out the incorrect selection of shipping method *before the package had left France and before it had been picked up by Fedex* and Porsay simply didn't respond. Despite all of that, the package was returned to Porsay.

Now my package has been with them for 2 weeks from initially raising the shipping problem, and Porsay is unresponsive with requests for updates.

At this point, I wish I had selected another service. I have zero confidence, based on my experiences with Porsay so far, that they can resolve this issue.

you are a professional and I’m very good at what I get. Sometimes the process can be a little slow, but overall, I’m satisfied with the service. I think the price for taking a picture is a little too high. I believe €1 per picture would be a more reasonable price.

The same thing happened to me as everyone else in the comments, they stole my packages!! please if you have ever got your package be careful because they will ship to you once or twice and then when it's a big amount they will take it and split it between them, they are located in France and they are bunch of algerians that steal other people packages, worst customer service ever too.

I'm writing this after a month of stress and wasted time with this company. My package of health supplements (creatine, vitamins, omega-3, things I saved money for) arrived at their warehouse almost a month ago and since then it's been one verification demand after another. I sent my ID, a video of the purchase process, a video of the bank transfer, and every time the same reply "we will check and get back to you", days of silence, then a new demand. Then the real reason came out, the €54.08 shipping fee. I live in Tunisia where local cards are blocked for international payments, so my friends tried to help me pay through a payment link, every attempt was declined and not a single euro was charged, until I finally paid myself from my own RedotPay account under my own name matching my ID, and the payment cleared. I offered full video proof from inside my account but it's not enough for them, they now want video recordings from inside my friends' private bank accounts, accounts that were never charged anything. That's impossible and beyond any reasonable policy, and their final answer was a deadline: provide it or my fully paid package gets DISCARDED. I did everything an honest customer can do and I was treated like a criminal instead of a paying customer. I lost my money, my supplements and a month of my life chasing them. If they can't handle a simple situation like mine, they will fail you with everything else too. Stay away from this company!!

They take a really long time to process orders. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. They received my package 2 weeks ago and still haven't sent it, let alone added it to my account. And the I don't know how long I'll have to wait for them to ship it. To put things into perspective, I need to receive a package from Spain to Portugal. So, it would have been faster to go by car. I'm shocked by such "speed" and such "service"!! They constantly apologise in the chat and say - thanks for your understanding. But there is absolutely no understanding on my part. Seems this "company" employs the one and only person who answers the chat, calls, picks up parcels and ships them worldwide.

Ordered and paid a kids mat for 169 pln, on the web site it is stated that thickness is 3 cm, after 2 months received a small box with low quality mat pieces and thickness 1 cm

Service au top , la livraison est un peu cher mais à un qualité de service , et un service client qui répond à tous temps , Sinon rien à dire
je recommend ces services et j'espère qu'il continue
