We recently stayed for two weeks at Villa Kallos in Crete at the end of August. It was a great villa with fantastic views, the photos don't do it justice - it is perfect!

We're 100% happy to recommend this villa and Posarelli Villas. The Owner and cleaning staff were very helpful and welcoming, we even received some traditional local cakes and a leaving gift, totally unexpected but enhanced our experience.

The villa itself is in a nice secluded location but is a short drive away from nightlife, beaches, local attractions etc.

Villa Nora, Empoli, Italy. First let me say that the photos show pretty much how the villa looks. What we experienced, (5 couples), and found when we arrived, was a dirty villa, used linens left outside the villa by the gate that was never picked up until the day before we left. A property manager that demanded her 1455 euros (1,000 euros and $350 cleaning fee and taxes of $109 which was not told to us) before they would leave. We were left with one set of towels each for 7 days and was told we had to pay for anymore @ 2.00 euros for each towel beyond the initial set. Who only uses 1 set of towels for a week? Guests found their rooms to be dirty and had to clean them before they used them so the villa was not cleaned as it should have been. We had to contact the property manager about the pool because it had green slime and no pump running to keep the pool clean. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and when reported, the property manager sent someone to fix it and said that we would have to pay for the service visit. There were no working lights to the outside patio. We spent our money to go get battery operated lights in order to be able to use it. The kitchen has only 1 socket so you had to keep unplugging the toaster, microwave, and the water pot, and anything else you wanted to use in order to make breakfast. The villa needs a tremendous amount of maintenance, upgrading and upkeep before it should be rented. Oh, and the laundry room is a small washer, no dryer - just one drying rack for 10-12 people. Finally, to add insult to injury, property manager came 1/2 hour before we had to catch a train to give us back the deposit. Mind you, we left the villa in cleaner than when we met it and she finally, after deducting electricity usage, gave us back most of our deposit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere una settimana di vacanza in questa splendida casa in Toscana, e dobbiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Situata in una posizione unica, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul Lago di Massaciuccoli. Fare colazione sulla terrazza con l'impagabile vista e cenare ammirando il tramonto sul mare sono esperienze uniche. La posizione è ideale sia per esplorare l’entroterra toscano che la costa, potendo sperimentare sia il relax che l’avventura.
La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante. Le camere sono luminose e arredate con un gusto che combina lo stile rustico toscano con tocchi di modernità. Cristiana e la mamma Vanda sono ospiti impareggiabili e discrete. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza da sogno in Toscana.

The process of looking and booking a villa was very quick. I emailed my dates and a villa was suggested. I loved the recommendation and booked the villa. I was able to make the payment quickly and a confirmation email was sent with the information and owners details. The prices of the villas were much cheap than in Airbnb. We love our villa. I would highly recommend Posarellivillas.

The location is secluded in the bush and countryside . Far from the noise of massive holiday but close to arezzo and to discover the surrounding. The Apartment are very spacious with all comfort needed. The huge swimming pool is a great experience
The owner is very friendly and are always available for every needs.

Valentina Nardi arranged for a Chef's cooking class at the lovely Villa Simone. Our chefs Enrico and Simona were fantastic at engaging adults and grandchildren in the preparation of 5 different pastas and pasta sauces. The food was delicious and our chefs kind and competent. We truly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone staying at a Posarelli Villa.

Villa was great. Host was very helpful, with the car we visited Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca. Out in the morning, pool in the afternoon and evening. Down sides no TV so watching the Euros was on portables.
