Obsessed with Posh Peanut customer service. Queen went above and beyond when I placed an order in the wrong size. She fixed the order immediately and cancelled the second panic order I made (per my request). This is my new favorite place to purchase baby clothes!

Posh Peanut has the cutest items! I love the new Disney Princess line. I recently ordered a sweatsuit for myself and liked it so much I decided to order another to myself and a couple for gifts. About an hour after placing my order I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. I contacted Posh Peanut and they were very quick to get back to me and change the order for me without me having to reorder! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company. I have been happy with all my purchases in the past.

I ordered a sleep sack and some of the stitching had started to unravel on the inside. I emailed customer service pictures and they are replacing it and sending it asap. Love posh peanut. Even when something isn’t ideal, they find a way to make it better!

I had a delivery lost by shipper, posh peanut had a great customer service member, there to help me get this very special gift to my new granddaughter. Queen, was courteous, understanding and very helpful. My granddaughter looks adorable in the Jammie’s and my daughter is very happy with the quality of the very soft sleeper. I love Posh Peanut so much I order for my Grand children all the time , I had to use there customer care for the first time this week and so far so good , now I just pray it’s here before Christmas.

I accidentally had the delivery address incorrect, but I emailed customer service immediately and they had it updated and fixed within 3 minutes! I hope with any issue you have that Cherry helps you out as well!

I purchased some beautiful Grinch Pajamas from Posh Peanut. On the first wear, the pant fabric tore in the groin area. It was a manufacturing defect or quality issue. I emailed their customer service people and within 1 day I received a message back saying they could help me. Because the product I bought was now out of stock, they offered me a store credit for the price of the Grinch Pajamas. No need to return the defective product. I was amazed at how easy they solved my problem. I wish more companies would be this competent at helping their customers. Because of the way they treated me, I will continue to purchase items from them. Special mention to a person named Queen, who assisted me. She was friendly and efficient. 5 stars for Posh Peanut!

I made an error with the shipping address when I placed my order. I sent an email to customer service and I received the reply within 20 minutes, which was a lot faster than I have received replies from other companies. They were able to correct the shipping address for me. Customer service was polite.
