One of my orders got lost in the mail and was never delivered to me and they replaced the full order no hesitation! Love them!

Queen was so helpful! I am in the middle of moving and was worried my items would not arrive in time since they had not shipped yet. She was able to update my shipping address to my new location, which helped my peace of mind that I wouldn’t lose my stuff in the process of moving.

I worked with the online chat with hopes to update my order. During a Disney princess drop at exact drop time when I added items to my cart it kept telling me sizes were sold out even though they were showing in stock on the website! I placed an order for a size I knew would be a little tight in a rush of being nervous it would sell out.
After placing my order every size was still available so I was obviously annoyed, I reached out to customer service and they changed the size to reflect the size I originally wanted. I took a star away because At first they weren’t willing to change it for me. After I expressed this was clearly a PP error on their website they were accommodating and fixed my order ;). I will definitely shop again!

I placed an order on June 15, it's now July 10 and it has still not shipped and they have ignored 5+ requests for a refund.

I have been a Posh Peanut customer since my oldest daughter was a newborn. We love their products and appreciate their excellent customer service. They helped immediately when something come up and were extremely kind and gracious.

Every issue I’ve had they always made it right. Never had a problem with talking to costumer service and they are always quick to respond.

I placed two orders back to back. They were combined and shipped to me. However, in doing so, they did not ship 1 item from the first order and 2 items from the second order. I felt extremely stressed about not receiving 3 items. I emailed with Queen and she was able to send the missing items which added an extra week to me receiving the full order. She was helpful and I am happy the issue has been resolved, but having to wait to receive the missing items gave me less confidence in shopping with Posh Peanut. It would have been nice if something extra was thrown in for the hassle to help retain me as a customer.

Best customer service EVER! Love their products sooo much! My kids love their clothing too! Probably number one favorite PJS AND BLANKETS. I get compliments every time my kids were their pjs. I had a small issue with one fabric and they promptly send me a gift card for store credit and I bought different sets! Defiantly recommend!

I forgot to put in a discount code and while they did inform me that they had a policy against it, because it was my first order, they made an exception and gave me the code price! Very very helpful customer service by Queen and also very fast!
