A visit to Powells is our first stop whenever we visit Chester, and the warm welcome is always the same no matter which member of staff greets you.
My wife spotted a unique vintage ring in the window which was a perfect fit, and a purchase followed.
This is a fantastic independent family owned jewellers who pride themselves on offering a friendly first class jewellery shopping experience.

Great service. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed in terms of time. Guided through our options by Declan who took time to listen to our needs and advised accordingly.

Good communications throughout and the items were available 3 weeks early from a 6-week estimate. No hesitation in recommending Powells for your jewellery needs..

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who made me welcome and did not rush me. I was given an estimated time for the alterations to be completed but it was actually done within a far shorter time frame. When I collected my jewellery, I was delighted with the results, and they far exceeded my expectations. Once again , the staff were so friendly and polite. The estimate came through very quickly and the work was completed in a few days.
Orla was very friendly and helpful, as was the other lady ( sorry I didn’t get her name) who I dealt with when I went to collect my jewellery.
I have used this jewellers on a few occasions and the service has always been excellent.

Powells were very helpful and patient whilst we looked at some wedding bands. Offering advice on style and fit. They have some very beautiful rings and offer a great selection. They are knowledgeable about the product and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your choice.

What a truly beautiful experience with such genuine staff, helpful, knowledgeable, no sales patter just a genuine interest in their business and such beautiful jewellery that they clearly appreciate and love and are happy that the customer loves too.
