Perfect 5* service.
From an order for an oven placed on Saturday, delivery and fitting happened on Monday morning. All round fast and efficient service, neatly topped off by two gents (sorry, I didn't catch your names) who completed the installation, then took the time to make sure I knew the necessary details, as well as greeting the canine residents. Cannot fault the service and would recommend Powerpoint 100%

Tumble dryer repair
Called Powerpoint regarding a repair to our tumbledryer. An engineer called the following day and completed the repair in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. This is the normal way with Powerpoint. All of our repairs and the majority of our purchases are made with the same good, local company. We try to not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience
Excellent first contact via phone. PowerPoint called when they promised and kept me informed on engineer arrival. Matt diagnosed the fault quickly, explained my options clearly and repaired as needed. It's always a gamble to source repair work and in this instance I struck the jackpot. Cannot recommend either Matt or PowerPoint highly enough.

It would be useful to speak with an engineer first before booking one to come out.

Repair visit
Matt visited today to try and mend our dishwasher. Sadly it could not be saved but Matt clearly knew his stuff- taking the time to explain the problem - and he was really helpful in recommending replacements.

Jon at the Wellington branch was brilliant. My wife and I were looking for a new fridge freezer and he helped us go through the options. Unlike other companies that try and sell you the most expensive thing in the store, Jon got us the exact product that suited our needs.
